Much better value than traditional paraffin white cubes and burn for longer which means you don't need to use so many.

Huh! Only half of my order has arrived

Have phoned to say i need other half of my order which i have paid for. Am waiting for this to now be sent please. Is now the the 20th January. Only half of my order has arrived. I ordered and paid for 2 boxes of 200 firelighters . Only one box of 200 firelighters has come. It took Evri 5+ days.From 8th to 15th..... I spoke to ecoblaze yesterday.Was told to wait 24+ hours. Nil has happened. Im supposed to praise Evri. Im not impressed. The packing people are obviously not doing their job properly. The label said parcel weighed 4 kgs...it weighed less than 2...therefore only half of my order. Please facilitate the rest of my order which I paid for a week ago+! I had 400 firelighters on my last order....that came ok.Theres not enough checking going on. Please send me the rest of my order!
I must add that these are brilliant, excellent firelighters. They are clean burning ,efficient and work really well. Hence I like to have 2 lots at once then I'll not run out. They are the best. Never had trouble with receiving my order before. Will continue to use Ecoblaze. Despite this problem currently.
You speedily rectified my problem, thank you so very much. I was imoressed and as i said already, i will remain loyal to Ecoblaze. You have good products, and the issue was of the despatcher rather than the manufacturer, i guess. All best.

We have raised this with our packing and dispatch team as well as the courier, as the parcel weight you mentioned does suggest that only part of the order was sent. Please be assured we are arranging for the remaining box of 200 firelighters to be sent to you as a priority.

Order went through easily and was…

Order went through easily and was delivered 2 days later by a friendly courier who explained that the box had burst when he lifted it. On inspection, it looked full to me.

Delivery issues

Delivery issues - the order was fine (though the Ecoblaze Pinikay briquettes arrived as something else that seems identical that I couldn't find on the website). But it was sent by Evri, and I have endless issues with Evri. I'd really appreciate a choice of courier, possibly paying extra, just to have a better delivery experience.

Supposed to be next day delivery, was a Late delivery.

Supposed to be next day delivery was ordered 6th January and still not even out for delivery yet and it's 14 January.

I know there has been some bad weather, but I have received several other deliveries from Amazon, sports direct all with last week and they were orders I placed several days after this Eco-blaze order was placed.

So a bit disappointing as previously they performed well.

I recently tried out pini-kay ecologs…

I recently tried out pini-kay ecologs from Amazon and was impressed. These logs are compact and manageable, easily igniting with a bit of kindling. They paired well with kiln-dried hardwood logs. After comparing prices, I found this option to be reasonably priced for a smaller order, and I was pleased with the free shipping. However, the logs were delivered by Evri, arriving in two batches a few days apart, taking about a week in total. A quicker 2-3 day delivery would have been perfect, but I plan to order again, hoping for faster shipping next time. Additionally, the customer service was excellent when I called to resolve an issue with the website not accepting my postcode.

Paid, part delivery & money back ….

Ordered & paid 8 January before 3pm for 24 hour delivery. Got confirmation that Evri would be delivering…. Hmm not the best start. 24 hours later multiple emails saying it a was going to be late then an Evri email to say goods damaged beyond repair & sort it out with Ecoblaze….. I rang & requested my money back, interestingly I sent two emails to their sales team and it bounced back as unable to deliver. Saturday 10 Jan two opened bags arrive with 2 bags of logs missing. Another headache to deal with.. logs burn for an hour but throw out heat. They don’t last as long as proper logs. I got full refund but poor experience.

Shambolic - Escalated to Ombudsman

Last review from me and the only reason I am doing this is because I get no answer or any form of communication from Eco Blaze, despite all their comments to the contrary in my previous two reviews. So I have escalated this to the Ombudsman and my Credit Card company. Yes it's only 1 pack valued around 7-8 pounds, but it's the principle, why should I or anybody else accept this level (or lack of) service?

In Summary
3 emails sent to Eco Blaze, no reply to two, third bounced back, address not known.

2 telephone calls to their orders department, first promised substitute pack, never received, second told me "they are still waiting" and asked me if I wanted to place a bigger order as there is more chance of it being delivered at once! This was over three weeks ago and I have now been waiting in excess of a month.

Ignore their comments on here, they mean nothing, valueless words written to placate people who have been financially and practically inconvenienced. My advice don't touch this lot with a barge pole, order from a more established and reputable company, it may be a few pounds more, but you know exactly what you are getting and when you are getting it!

We realize that the small value of the item does not change the principle of the matter; you are entitled to the service you were promised regardless of the order size.

We are particularly concerned to hear about the bounced email and the unacceptable suggestion made during your phone call regarding placing a larger order. This does not align with our standards, and we will be investigating these communication failures and the advice given by our team to ensure this is resolved and does not happen in the future.

No customer service

Parcel left on roadside in rain. While this is obviously a courier issue (evri), the company cannot be bothered to respond to an enquiry (evri site says to contact sender). Not interested in customers.

They use EVRI as a delivery partner

They use EVRI as a delivery partner, parcels either turn up in 2 to 3 separate deliveries or don’t turn up at all. When you try and contact either Ecoblaze or EVRI you get no response, waste of time
