Fast delivery. A shame you use evri, left it in front of my gate. Yes gate locked. Delivery was for Monday and it turns up Saturday email arrived after I went to work. How can you work with that?

We completely understand how inconvenient that must have been, especially with the notification arriving after you’d already left for work.
We’ll be raising this with the courier, as parcels should not be left in unsuitable or unsecured locations, and delivery dates should be adhered to wherever possible.

Love the products.. but the only thing that’s annoying is, the delivery comes by two different couriers. This is very inconvient. Can they all come by DPD… please?

Love the fire lighters. Great value and a box of 200 lasts a long time. Makes lighting a fire easy and they’re very reasonably priced. Delivery also very quick.

Great product, terrible delivery
A switch to Evri delivery meant calls to chase up where my order was... a total lack of meaningful tracking and eventually the delivery of 17/18 bags.
The driver acknowledged the missing bag but recorded 18/18 anyway.
Many of the bags' tracking labels had been destroyed by the weather. The driver told me they had been left outside and exposed to the rain.
All in all disappointing. Ecoblaze provide excellent products but if Evri is their preferred courier I will have to look elsewhere. Every time I have delivery issues, it is Evri. Or Hermes as they use to be. Doesnt look like the merger with DHL changed much. Yet.
And one more thing. Ecoblazes sales@ email address isnt working (undeliverable responses).

Order has not been received,four days after expected. And your email address isn't being recognised so my enquiry about it keeps bouncing back. Fyi Evri are no good where I live, but Royal Mail or M&H carriers are reliable.
