Really good product, good price and fast delivery
Really good product - a box of 200 will last us a whole year. Much better than smelly paraffin based firelighters and also very reasonable price and fast delivery.

A very good value for money product which burns instantly. So much more environmentally friendly than the old style firelighters I was using. It was delivered promptly & nicely packaged. I will definitely buy again.

wet n damp
well i received my firelighters on sat nice quick free postage ..
the box was bent up and damp one corner was wet and soaked through to the firelighters....not great ide suggest better packaging or new courier

Updated - Missing item and email doesn't work. Got in touch by phone and missing order sent.
I am updating my review (originally 1-star). I had a missing item- I received part of my order (logs) but not the firelighters. Tried to contact them using the email given but it didn't work. Phoned them and they have now resent the item. They are getting your emails, but sometimes you can get a MAILER-DAEMON notification to say that it hasn't gone through. Pleasant on the phone and now hoping I will get my item. Very good logs (fit easily into the stove and there's no bark so there is hardly any mess with them). I also like the eco-friendly jute bags instead of the nylon ones.
