Hi I dealt with Mark and Craig to be honest I couldn't have asked for anyone else they were so careful and efficient and they tidy up every night they finished they have done a brilliant job and the work is done to perfection

Just had a new roof fitted by Nick and Brad and I am absolutely chuffed to bits with the result! The lads attention to detail was unmatched, as was their professionalism. They were more than happy to answer all my questions and they cleared everything away when they were done. A real credit to the company!

First off, their professionalism and expertise were evident from the moment they arrived. They took the time to walk me through the entire process, explaining exactly what needed to be done to insulate my flat roof. I felt completely confident in their abilities and appreciated how thorough they were in answering all my questions.

During the job, they were incredibly efficient and detailed oriented. Despite the challenging weather conditions Nick and James worked tirelessly to ensure the job was done correctly and on time. They were respectful of my property, always keeping the workspace tidy.

What really impressed me was their commitment to quality. They didn't cut corners, and used top-tier materials.

I'm thrilled with the end result-my roof looks fantastic and I feel completely at ease knowing it's built to withstand the elements.

I found Luke and Jay exceptional in the level of service they provided. They were professional and courteous throughout the process and very respectful.

They were extremely punctual which was very reassuring and at the end of each day they would leave the area completely neat and tidy.

The two loftmen worked on a very hot day, but still did an excellent job, with good humour, cleaned up well and remained pleasant and polite throughout. The electrician who did the ventilation improvements worked to the same high standard and also cleaned up well.

I would like to begin by expressing my sincere gratitude to Eco Giants. From the very first phone call I received, I was impressed by their professionalism, politeness, and thorough communication. The representative who explained my entitlements was clear and informative, making the process easy to understand. As someone of my age, I appreciated how straightforward and comprehensible the information was.

The team members who carried out the work in my home were exemplary. They were professional, courteous, and highly skilled. This included the technician from Liverpool who handled my loft, the plasterers from Sheffield, as well as the Liverpool-based technicians responsible for my boiler and electrical work. Every individual was polite, considerate, attentive, and performed their duties to a high standard. They were also very tidy and respectful of my home.

I wholeheartedly recommend this company and their skilled tradespeople to anyone who may be feeling uncertain about the process. They will guide you comfortably through each step.
