Really wouldn't bother with this lot. We got a quote from Ecoglaze and three other companies for fascia replacement. Ecoglaze were 2-3 times more expensive than anyone else. We got the impression they were just chancing their luck with us to see if we would pay silly money for the work. Left a really bad impression with us.
Update: following the publication of this review, I have been contacted by Ecoglaze who took the comments really seriously and have sought to try and remedy things. I have been impressed by their responsiveness and clear desire to understand what went wrong in our case and deal with it. Ultimately we have accepted an alternative quote but I wouldn't rule out approaching Ecoglaze again.

At the initial (and punctual) visit by a friendly EcoGlaze rep, we were shown a wide variety of door types and colours. Having made our selection, we were given a timescale for when the door could be made and fitted. We were contacted within that time to say the door was ready and we were able to agree an early date for the fitting. The fitter contacted us prior to his visit and arrived on time with his assistant. The new door, door frame and door cill were fitted proficiently and quickly. Redundant material and all waste was cleared up and taken away. We are very pleased with the new door and its 30 year guarantee!

The experience of this company from the canvasser outside Cwmbran Morrisons to the fitters was exceptional.
We opted for 3 upstairs windows which are of superior quality and fitted with care and perfection and cleaned up any mess they accumulated.
The salesman was like the bloke next door and applied no pressure.
The price was very competitive and would definitely use this company again.

From start to finish everyone we dealt with have been very helpful from quotation from Zak to the fitting by Phil. We are really pleased with the quality of the French doors and the site was left clean and tidy with the old door taken away.

The customer service and installation delivered by Curtis and the Ecoglaze Group team were brilliant, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. I recently moved into an old Victorian terraced property, and I’m really happy with the sash windows they installed to maintain the character of the house. They took the time to carefully match the original period features, which has helped preserve the property’s traditional look and feel. I’m already looking at other windows in the house that I can ask Ecoglaze to replace in the future. Great job!

Front and rear doors replaced with high quality composite doors. We were guided through the options and were confident we had selected the right doors. Staff are friendly and happy to go over the options multiple times.

Our hallway has been transformed from dark and shadowy to a bright and airy space. One thing I hadn't considered was the extent that a high quality door that is properly installed would massively increase sound insulation. Road noise is now muted and Dom Joly types walking past on mobile phones are no longer an irritation.

We use to have an army of ants and a few slugs paying a visit as our doors provided as part of the new build were poor in material quality and installation.

Previously we had water leaking in which resulted in swollen skirting boards. We also noticed damp under our kitchen tiles. I can't believe we waited for so long to replace the doors. I couldn't imagine a better experience in sales and installation. Would be confident recommending EcoGlaze Group to anyone. I recommended to my best friend and he had the same experience for his window replacement due to be installed soon.

No post installation issues with the doors and locks, so I can't comment on after sales experience. The materials used were high quality, the locking mechanisms vastly superior to what we had. Very happy customer, strongly recommend.

Work well done. Staff helpful & friendly. We have arranged for further work to be carried out which confirms that we were more than satisfied.

Me and my husband were anxious about getting our windows and doors fixed as family friends have had bad experiences in the past with various different companies. So we looked at a few companies, and ended up trusting EcoGlaze. Thank god we did, Josh was absolutely incredible, made me feel so comfortable and the fitting was efficient and looks absolutely amazing. Ecoglaze just finished transforning my windows and fascia to a more modern draught free look.
The team was hard working,polite and very clean.Dan,the surveyor, kept an eye on the work,and ensured good communication all round.
The dreadful weather meant that the work sadly took much longer that expected,but all was achieved at a high level of professionalism and great standard.

So firstly we was asked to provide an honest review which I found pretty decent from a company that had provided a service for us but had little idea to how we felt...

Obviously they're confident and so they should be. Kind sales people who weren't pushy in any way. Informative and knowledgeable. Office staff are particularly busy before the Xmas period but still very responsive. Window fitters are the absolute gem of the company. All round good people with attention to detail like no other.

To conclude this I would have no concerns in recommending these people and would trust them with any of my family or friends. 🥳

We had ecoglaze out for the first time in 2017 and we were really pleased to see the team hadn't changed much from out first time using them. We spoke to the same office staff had the same fitters and had the same excellent workmanship and outcome as the first. Installation was seamless, fast and very clean and the aftercare was great. We know from conversations that the after care is going through some improvement due to a new staff member being assigned to solely do this, however we didn't notice this.
