Charged for items and still not shipped. Ordered last Monday evening on line. 2/3/20. Payment gone from my bank account.
Part of order is unavailable, which is not a problem, but I've been charged for these items and not had a refund for them.
Consequently, I've had to order another box of couch roll from a different company. They can deliver by Wednesday this week. I ordered last night!!
I don't understand why your company has no supplies?

ALWAYS helpful and super fast deliveries. Everything we have ever purchased has been excellent quality too. We 100% recommend the extra wide couch roll, looks and feels quality over standard couch rolls and rips easily and cleanly at perforations too, worth the little extra!

Delivery taken 9 days so called up and the delivery was sent back to the UK as it contained gel liquid and the labelling was incorrect so fuming as running out of couch roll.

Some box has not been sealed…
Some box has not been sealed completely. Some papers looked like dirty on the both side of roll. The quality is not better than before. Another I didn't receive the notice from DPD although I had DPD app. I haven't changed number. Another delivery from other company I got the message.
