I have one of the items missing when I received the last order. I have informed the customer service immediately that day. She promised to send me the items again but it never arrived. Very disappointment

I can see the shortage was reported to our warehouse on the 4th December. The items were in a seperate box which we believed would arrive within a couple of days.
Please accept our appologies for the inconvient delay of the items.
We can arrange redelivery tomorrow, or alternatively I can arrange a full refund of the products missing, back onto your card.

Friendly & Great Service
Used twice. UPS messed up the second delivery, but the company (thank you Janice from Sales) sorted it out with the minimum of fuss. Great product too. Hope to be a customer for many years to come.

Did not deliver to my address
Did not deliver to my address, no note left for me when taking it to the depot, missed an ordered item, re-sent wrong brand of a product. As my order was heavy, it was difficult for me to pick up from the depot. Wasted me a lot of time. Very bad.
