FABULOUS! 100% recommend.
I called the team to confirm my change of number was all going through fine. The lady I spoke to was very polite, clear and confirmed it was all fine.
The whole process was super easy, connection is much better than my previous provider SKY, and much cheaper. Plus your doing good foe the plant, what could be better.

I recently moved to Ecotalk from a different provider.
PROS
- an easy transfer process with speedy Sim card delivery
- the 5G speeds were very impressive
- ethical company
CONS
- I ended up paying more for less data so unfortunately this isn't really an economical option which is a shame but not surprising for 'ethical' alternatives
- there is no data rollover
- my data consumption is not that much but within a few days about 600mb were used out of 3GB which means I would be on track to running out of data. Not sure if there is a link between fast data speeds and more data consumption. I found myself having to disable mobile data intentionally which I've never done before.
- sometimes there would be either no signal or it would say E for Edge (which I believe is super duper slow 2G data), in places where normally I would get data
VERDICT
A company with noble intentions but not the best bargain you can find and if you are switching from other companies you may find you are paying more for less.

We understand that we may not be the cheapest option out there, but at Ecotalk, 100% of our profits go towards protecting and giving back to nature.
We also appreciate your feedback around data rollover, data usage and the occasions where you’ve experienced an E/2G connection. Mobile signal and speeds can vary depending on location and network coverage, but we’d be happy to look into your particular experience and see whether there’s anything we can help with.

Excellent! Hassle free! Better than EE! Switched from ee to eco talk who use the same lines but charge less and their profits go towards rewilding britain and i have not had a single problem with them, a breath a fresh air after all the problems i had with ee.

I love the commitment to nature and…
I love the commitment to nature and sustainability. The switch was so easy, took a couple of days to port my number across, coverage is better where I live and logging in to the website to see my account details is much simpler than it ever was with my old provider. I had some questions before making the switch and they were answered by a lovely human within a couple of hours. Really happy that I made the switch.

They are the best network I've ever been on. The most approachable too. Human customer service (rare these days) at first attempt!! They are a really friendly team. A breath of fresh air in these days of technological drudge and despair.
