Recently switched. Found process incredibly easy. No issues at all, unlike one of major competitors who could not have been less helpful. Service seems okay also.

First time I had to call customer…
First time I had to call customer service I was put on hold and instead of tinny pop muzak I was listening to birdsong and I was disappointed when I got through to a human.
The last two times I've called I've got straight through to a human which was disappointing aswell because I really wanted to listen to the birdsong.

Moving to Ecotalk was seamless
Moving to Ecotalk was seamless and when I had a query before joining they answered quickly and very friendly.
Connection speeds have been better than my old provider.

Re wilding
Re wilding , profit going straight back to nature, what’s not to love. However without our lovely national sweetheart Chris Packham I would not have been so trusting in this move to support ecotalk. If he gives the thumbs up then it’s good enough for me.
My partner joined first and he needed help with the transition and subsequently received all the support through the process from a patient person in the help centre at ecotalk.
Great customer service.

Heard about EcoTalk from Chris Packham and switched immediately because I was sick of paying Sky for an average service and regular monthly price increases. It was a really easy process and fully supported and my coverage is immediately better too. No more black spots when I'm driving. Obviously the main thing is knowing that your money is going somewhere worthwhile, so having a better service on top of that is a no brainer. I'm trying to persuade everyone now, but people are very cynical these days - you prob think you're reading an AI generated review, well you're not. Scoobabaloomy - there - I don't know how else to act real. I'm cynical too, but really, I think this is actually a great thing!

I needed some help from customer service at Ecotalk and Sheri e mailed me very promptly with clear instructions on what to do to resolve the issue, and also how she could help further if it didn’t work
My issue was resolved by following her advice

Excellent customer service
The wait for the call to be answered was not too long and birdsong made a nice change from muzak.
It made a big difference to be talking to a real person. Sharon was friendly, helpful and efficient in dealing with my request.

I called for advice to improve signal in my home (it’s bad on all networks - we’re cursed) and customer service was prompt, friendly and excellent. Recommended switching on Wifi-calling mode (which re-routes calls via WiFi whenever the signal is shonky). Fixed. Delighted. Thanks!

When you email with an issue it is replied to fast and it is a human that replies. Made the experience so much easier to fix than with other customer service experiences

Fantastic Company
Very simple, quick and easy to switch. I had a problem with my handset and the support team were very helpful in resolving for me. It’s an identical service to EE, but with the added benefit of helping nature!

Help your natural world with eco talk
When my last provider told me they were putting their prices up again, I thought I’d look around, I’d only ever been with one provider, so I didn’t really know what was out there.
I have to say the price per month sold me straight away, that and the fact they give me more for my money was worth a second look. Then I discovered that they actually help the world outside our doorsteps, instead of giving huge payouts to their directors and shareholders, I was like, what? They do that for our environment ! I love that even more than the money I save. I would recommend anyone to switch to ecotalk for that alone! I can’t tell you what their customer services are like, I’ve never had to use them, but my change over was very smooth, well once the last company decided they had to say goodbye. Love the ethics, love saving money, love eco talk

Switched to EcoTalk - no regrets!
Switched to EcoTalk after being with T-Mobile then EE for years. Transition was very simple and smooth to keep my old number. The price is great, signal seems to at least match what I got with EE. So far, so very good. But with a rolling month to month contract I’m not tied in even if it goes wrong. Closest I get to a match price elsewhere needed me to commit to 24mth contract, with yearly price increases.
