Contacted them for a glass veranda quote, was told surveyor would contact me to arrange an appointment.
Next day I was contacted and told that the price would start from £7,000. Interesting they didn't ask for any dimensions from me so how did they arrive at that price. When I said that was too expensive the lady just said O.K. and hung up. Obviously didn't need my business.!!!! Also the price quoted was under a 20% sale promotion so that makes the starting price around £8,750 before discount.

Eden offer a superb product and excellent customer service. It isn't cheap but I guess you get what you pay for...our neighbours are wanting to come over to check out our new dry space. We required planning permission which was all taken care of by Eden with no fuss.

Thanks for the prompt response when we needed leading added to our sunroom. The contractor was very efficient and has completed the job very well. We continue to enjoy our sunroom. We are delighted with the daylight, views of the garden and general feeling of wellbeing that the sunroom generates.

Terrible experience over the past 12 months at every step of the journey:

Planning permit was granted in time but it took 10 months to get the veranda delivered, vs 3-4 months promised by the company. Part of the reason was they had a made a mistake in the permit application.

When it came, several options we had discussed and specified to the sales guy were not delivered. Especially the locking system on the door is a joke, it barely closes

After installation, lot of leaking problems, it basically leaks every single time it rains and basically floods the veranda.
It is the 4th time now one of their technician will have to come over...
Every time I call the customer service department, it takes at least 2/3 weeks to get a technician to come in. So the work we have done inside the veranda is ruined because of their incompetency, lack of care and professionalism.

Worst decision I have made in trusting this company

A thoroughly professional experience throughout the process. The salesperson talked us through exactly what could be done with the space that we wanted covered, the surveyor arrived promptly at the appointed time and we were able to talk through all the technical requirements. The installation team were extremely professional and had the veranda assembled by mid afternoon. In the month since the installation we have had high winds and torrential rain; the glass veranda has stood up to everything and is completely watertight.

The whole process was handled very professionally, from the original sales enquiry, the architect and the two guys who came to install it this week.
All were courteous, professional and did a really good job. Special mention to the architect who, unlike other companies we approached, took time to go through the various options and the pros and cons of each. Also, the two installers were brilliant; friendly, tidy, and did a really excellent job in just two days (was scheduled for three). I would have no hesitation in recommending Eden to other prospective purchasers as, from my experience, you will be in very good hands.

Brilliant service from beginning to end. . We were kept informed every step of the way. The guys who came to fit the awning were professional and very efficient. To top it all the awning is fabulous

The salesman was very understanding, he knew our limitations with the cash.He was not all pushy. Then came Jamie who measured the place and gave us kind suggestions as to how to further improve by altering a few measurements. Rebecca put the planning permission at Leicester City Council. She kept us informed and finally it was okayed. Emma the lovely lady with the giggling laughters reassuring us at every step of the developing project as to who were next to arrive to finish the project. She sent a lovely team of Father and two sons from Huddersfield, Mr Simon. He was a perfectionist , did a clean job. Within 2 days he erected the roof the frame. No leaks no no rubbish around . He erected a beautiful garden room with sliding sky blue electric blinds. The came Adam the electrician, very clever lad very through, he has hidden the cables so well. Finally on 16.02.2021 Rob came to straighten the drainage pipe. The whole project was done meticulously . I would highly recommend Eden Verandas, they have an amazing team on the ground.

The overall process was not without its issues between initial order and final delivery BUT the end product is excellent and has achieved exactly what we wanted and at all times the staff at all levels were friendly and easy to deal with

Reliable and high quality installation. Courteous technicians. Not used the veranda extensively yet - waiting for the weather to improve, but looks great and is well designed. Only disappointment is high cost of infrared heaters option which made me look at alternative heater that needs an extra remote.

We are very happy with the product and customer service from Eden Verandas. From start to finish all of the people I have been in contact with have been friendly, knowledgeable and genuine. This really did feel like a family run business. At no stage did we feel anything was being pushed onto us, in fact quite the opposite, Geoff the sales person was very honest and told us we didn't need certain extras that were available. Once we had placed the order the delivery and installation was first class. Everyone took their time to explain the various options available to us, there was no hint of just doing it as quick as possible to get off site. The finish and product itself is excellent and we look forward to using it over the coming years

For info we purchased the Antibes patio awning with full LED lighting and 2 patio heaters

The whole procedure was very well organised throughout and impressively co-ordinated. We were kept informed at all times and the product was supplied and fitted to a high standard. Covid protocols were followed. We are really pleased with the result and would definitely recommend Eden.

I have just had a glass veranda with an electric roof blind installed. All went very smoothly and the end product is great.

We went with Eden, not because they were the cheapest (They aren’t) however we’d had a few quotes and found the service professional and the discounts we’re applied to the price from the beginning. Not added after coming in too high, after making several calls to head office, which is a bug bear of mine!
From start to finish the experience was good, it took a little longer than expected to have our Veranda fitted due to COVID and several lock downs.
If you are still unsure whether to go with Eden, fact is, we are that pleased with the experience, so much so we have now ordered additional glass to one side and half way across the front, to be fitted early in 2021. We couldn’t imagine sitting out, enjoying the garden, in the rain without our recent investment.

Had our outdoor Weimar bind installed. Work done is excellent both assessors and sales, installers and electrician. Really happy with the top quality product and work. Thank you

nice and smooth end2end. I liked the fact we've been updated about delivery dates and the steps/stages for installing it after we chose what we ant and the material - delivery, installing/mounting, connecting it to our electricity supply. we had a bit of delay in delivery (which was not ideal) but we've been warned in the beginning this might happen (we got an initial 2 months initial estimate which we then have been updated once the time approached).
the teams coming over were really nice and the job done was really good (with all covid restrictions maintained). we got it for 2 months (rougly) but so far things went well

Cannot fault Eden kept informed throughout from ordering our new veranda to installation. Really pleased with results. Been up now for a couple of weeks can sit out even when it’s raining would recommend highly.

Disgraceful. We ordered our awning in late May for installation in 4 to 6 weeks. Around the time it was due I called to get an update: left messages and emails, tried to ring directly but the people supposed to help were always busy or “they had just left the desk”. Finally I got an update via email saying that delivery was on the second week in September, no explanation, no apologies. Started a long exchange of emails to have my deposit back and cancel the order. Several dates in August were agreed and then regularly missed, cancelled last minute. Finally the awning arrives at the end of August, but they day before installation they cancelled again. More stress, more discussion. They offered a discount and a free heating. New date agreed. Awning up and running. When the old salesman first came, we explained clearly that we had 2 issues: very low sun on that side of the house (west) and very strong wind. We asked for advice. He said that awning was the right choice and wouldn’t consider other solutions. Seemed experienced, so we trusted him when he said the awning was strong and could be positioned in a bent position to screen the low sun. Result: the awning closes because of the wind (there’s a sensor), it’s straight and completely useless. And despite discount it costed like a holiday for two at the Caribbean. Just go on holiday.

A professional installation with no hard sell of the product. Great looking awning which enhances the look of the property & providing much needed relief from the sun on a south facing garden. The hard wiring of the veranda was not as expected but fortunately proved not to be an issue.
