Edinburgh Cashmere Opiniones 

Bought 2 scarfs, cashmere and lambswool each. They look alright but the cashmere one was not even in any kind of packaging. It was just shoved inside the Royalmail package while the lambswool one was at least put inside a plastic bag. Gone extra mile to save the Earth I guess.

The blanket matches the one I already have (which I love), and it was delivered in a good time frame. Before ordering had emailed a question and was responded to within a day or two. Great service!

Excellent product, love the new blankets! Bought one in Edinburgh while we were there, regretted not being able to buy more but we didn't have the suitcase space. Ordering online was easy and fast.

Was easy to order and received the order very quick.

Have bought a lambswool double side thistle scarf for £50, which is
a) felt scratchy to the skin,
b) too expensive: in April you can buy the same size cashmere scarf for £25 online. Have bought a couple of fab cashmere scarfs from the competitor for the price.
c) The Dry clean only care was not clearly stated on the site.
Asked for a partial refund, but rejected. As return is tad complicated I will keep it.

My order arrived very quickly and was exactly as described /shown. Very pleased with my purchase.

Their website states guaranteed delivery on all orders placed before the 22nd of December. I placed mine on the 12th, it was dispatched on the 18th but has never been delivered.
I tried calling them, emailed and also send a message on FB. Still no reply. Almost a month since placing the order.

The item is very beautiful, the only thing i would have added was some kind of package apart from the plastic one of the shipment. If it had broken during the shipment, the blanket would ha mve been damaged.

Have been waiting for a refund. It was delivered to them 11 days ago and I have emailed and messaged their social media for an update with no response. Where is the customer service?
