Tear along the edge of blanket - quality poor. No response from customer service. Was expecting something "wow" for the price and left disappointed - especially as I was purchasing as a gift.

Incredible brand! I ordered two scarves for my parents as a gift and I honestly couldn’t be happier!! The service was an absolute 10/10, delivery was speedy (considering it’s holiday season as well) and the quality of the scarves is absolutely to die for, they are so incredibly soft it’s insane. As a cashmere lover, I think I’ve found my new favourite brand and will definitely be recommending it to my friends and family!!

The shawl is lovely quality and so soft.
It is not for me but it is going to Japan as a gift for my son's mother-in-law who has been unwell.
