We would like to clarify the situation. You have written two completely different reviews, contradicting yourself in each one. In our initial response, we mentioned a misunderstanding because we genuinely thought this was related to another case, given the inconsistencies in your statements.

To be clear: your mug has no defects. There are no scratches or flaws—the design is exactly as intended. If there had been a defect, we would have immediately replaced it, as we always do in such cases. However, what you are describing is simply the natural variation of the product, which is clearly communicated on our website.

We gave you the option to return the item if you were not satisfied. If you choose not to return it, that’s entirely up to you, but it does not justify making false claims.

You are, of course, free to leave any reviews you wish, and we will continue to respond to all of them. However, spreading misinformation is not fair to us as a company

Once again, we stand by the fact that everything we stated in our previous response is exactly what we communicated to you via email and you know that. It would have been far easier for us to just send you two mugs than to waste time arguing online. However, we don’t operate by simply trying to please everyone at any cost—we operate with fairness, honesty, and respect for our brand and policies.

We are not trying to “look good” in public—we are simply ensuring that misinformation is not spread about our company.

It’s genuinely hard to understand what someone like you gains from spending time online attempting to harm a small business that is built on hard work. If we were some large corporation ignoring complaints, perhaps I could understand, but that is far from the case.

We stand by our values and will continue to be transparent, fair, and committed to quality—whether people choose to spread false accusations or not.

We want to clarify that there are no hidden shipping costs—what you paid at checkout covered all shipping fees. You might be referring to customs duties, which are entirely separate charges imposed by your country’s customs authorities.

As a Norway resident, you’re likely aware that any purchase made outside of Norway is subject to import taxes and fees, something we have no control over. These costs are clearly stated in our shipping policy, and we always encourage customers to check their local import regulations before ordering.

Calling this a scam is unfair, as we have been fully transparent about our pricing and policies. We understand that customs fees can be frustrating, but unfortunately, they are a government-imposed charge, not something we add.
