I recently had an outstanding experience at Elan Laser Clinics for laser hair removal with Lauren, the Senior Therapist.

Without a doubt, it is the most professional clinic I have ever visited from start to finish. I had been contemplating this procedure for a long time and was quite apprehensive about what to expect. However, Lauren's extensive knowledge and friendly manner, put me at ease completely surpassed my expectations.

I am now a loyal customer and wouldn't consider going anywhere for treatment.

Really nice clinic the team are all friendly and welcoming. Good opening hours and super location. Molly has done a few different treatments for me and they have all worked really well. She has a lovely approach to patient care and I will book in more for the future

Highly recommend, I have not had professional laser before and visited elan Leeds last August 2022. Molly has looked after me since the first consultation, she is friendly and professional and went through all the information thoroughly before treatment and did a test patch, I have not felt uncomfortable at any point and feel I can trust my clinician which is important to me. I've had around 6 or 7 sessions spaced at 6 weekly intervals and seen a massive improvement and really pleased that I went ahead and did it. Molly is excellent at monitoring the hair and skin at each session and gives great advice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the clinic and the staff are lovely and I will continue to visit in the future for top ups. They also offer a range of skincare products which is useful. 10/10. The Hale clinic feels so welcoming, modern, clean and with lovely and welcoming staff.
Since my first consultation, I’ve felt very informed and safe. Having had LHR elsewhere in the past, I can honestly say that my experience here is number 1.

I had my first visit to Elan Hale Barns. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who made an excellent cup of tea! I was having a HydraFacial with Emily, I have had many HydraFacial's elsewhere. I went to get laser treatment on some thread veins. Molly was really friendly and explained things really well. The treatment was very successful and I got a very good introductory offer. I will definitely go back if I need any further treatment

I saw Molly at Elan Laser Clinic Leeds and she was absolutely brilliant. Very professional and thorough, she completed thread vein removal with care and precision. The results are amazing and I'd thoroughly recommend both Molly and the treatment to anyone.

I have visited the Hale Barns salon on a number of occasions for a couple of different treatments.
The staff are always friendly and helpful and in particular I'd like to mention Sara, Chantelle and Claire who have carried out the treatments. They are absolutely amazing at what they do, explained the treatments in detail, answered any questions I had and put me completely at ease.
I am over the moon at the results of the treatments which were carried out in beautiful surroundings, it's not the cheapest salon I've visited, however the quality shines through and I would now not consider going anywhere else, I would highly recommend this place to anyone 👍 x

I was walking past the clinic off of Portman Sq just before Christmas and noticed how beautiful it is, so I decided to pop in to enquire, being in the cosmetics industry myself. Rebecca and Amy were very warm, welcoming and knowledgeable, and I'm looking forward to returning for a treatment some time this year.

The setting and the friendly welcoming tea. Spear headed by Naz the clinic manager who was extremely professional with a very welcoming smile. She was attentive, answered all the queries I had about products on show. The other receptionist Galina was also very knowledgable about the exact needs for my skin type. The therapist Sara was very gentle, very friendly and enjoyed being treated by her. She made me feel very relaxed and we had a good conversation during the treatment. Her skin care advice was thorough and very relevant to my needs. Highly recommended team, very well managed team and a very knowledgable welcoming staff. I have already booked my next hydra facial session for January. Thanks Naz and her great team

During my initial consultation at Elan Suzanne was very warm and welcoming and instantly had me at ease. She is very knowledgable and explained everything very clearly and thoroughly. I’m looking forward to my first treatment.

I visited the clinic in the metquarter today, after worrying so much about getting my lips done, Claire made me feel at ease so much about my procedure, they are perfect, exactly what I wanted and Claire listened to what I wanted, 100% recommend!

I highly recommend all the ladies here at Elan Hale Barns. I am on my 3rd Laser session and have been for facials a couple of time. Madeline was the lady behind my laser treatment and Sara for my hydra facials. The laser process has been almost completely pain free and the results are really good so far. For both treatments they explained the process before they started and both went above and beyond to make sure that my concerns were heard and no questions unanswered (and I ask a lot of questions).

I would absolutely recommend both ladies. Not only are they both extremely knowledgeable and excellent at what they do - they were also very patient and kind.

They both followed up on me, answered all questions, and provided with excellent after care. I felt safe and in good hands throughout every appointment.

I got all the information I needed from very friendly stuff. Even more they had a discount running at the time I want through and I must say no one offering this type of quality laser has such low prices.
Also offer safe laser hair removal for people with brown skin like me, which is strangely a service not always easy to find.
