Brilliant service very happy with my results

I visited Elan Clinic Liverpool for a consultation about my skin. The clinic is immaculately clean and has a lovely relaxing, welcoming feel. I’d completed medical forms online before visiting and was taken straight through to a private room for my consultation. I had an in depth skin consultation with practitioner Suzanne, she analysed my skin using a skin scanner and asked me what my skin concerns are. She matched products to my skin type and gave me lots of advice on ingredients in products and how to look after my skin step by step. I’ve been using Dermaquest products for over 2 weeks now and can see a massive improvement in the overall tone/texture of my skin. I’ve also invested in carbon facials, I had the first one today and my skin feels so soft and clean. I’m also going to book in for laser hair removal soon too! Thank you Suzanne for your trustworthy advice and your professional, yet friendly manner. I’d recommend anyone with any skin concerns to book a consultation with the team at Elan. Thank you!!

Clinic lovely decorated, staff friendly. Unfortunately I could only score 3 stars as I had a consultation and was recommended treatments in excess of £1000 but noone even looked at my skin. :(

Pointless experience of filling out forms for information that could have been confirmed without the need to waste my time in a consultation. It seems the company focus is to get names down and bombard them with texts or emails.

As mentioned in my initial review this was for a needless consultation of information that could have been passed on without the need of booking a appointment to which the information could not be obtained from.

You state also that all your reviews are 5* I would like to draw your attention then to that of a 4* review regarding your follow up care, just to make a point of accuracy.

I will however upgrade the score from one star to two based on the clean waiting area, which isn’t exactly private considering the treatments available here.

The first star was for first impressions.

5 Star Service and facilities. The Clinic is gorgeous, staff are professional, friendly and welcoming. I had a wonderful facial and I am booked in for further treatments. Can’t wait to come back- Thank you Debbie and team :)

Such a welcoming clinic with knowledgeable staff. The clinic has free parking with free electric car points within The Springs so great for a bit of shopping beforehand

I’m now on my 4th laser hair removal session with Molly. She has been amazing. Molly is knowledgeable, professional and very thorough throughout each session. Highly recommend.

I’ve had such a positive experience, the clinic is clean, bright and all round lovely to visit. Everyone who works there is super friendly and helpful, they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and answer any and all questions you have. Molly has been great with me and I’m really starting to see the benefits now.

I had a very professional and in-depth appointment to discuss a treatment I was interested in. I was given information required to make an informed decision and I was made to feel relaxed and able to ask any questions to reassure me of my decision.
I didn’t feel pressured and felt in safe hands whilst having my treatment.
The only downside was I was told that I’d be given after care information regarding my treatment but never received this and didn’t chase this up.

I went for a free consultation at the METQUARTER clinic in Liverpool, it's their new clinic and what a treat. I was met at reception really warmly by Suzanne who is the main consultant, very friendly and knowledgeable which was reassuring. Suzanne was thorough in all procedures and stages of what the clinic offers, I felt that I could trust her completely as she asked for my medical background which unfortunately for me because of my medication wasn't compatible with the treatment I wanted. Instead Suzanne offered my a free facial treatment for a week later, I became positive with Covid and had to cancel though. I would highly recommend Elan Clinics, you can trust them to give you the best quality service you can find, many thanks Suzanne for you kindness and welcoming smile.

Beautiful light and bright salon and the staff are really pleasant and friendly

I booked for Thread Vein Treatment with Molly, still have one more session to go.
She is so lovely and gentle, always makes sure that I am not in any discomfort with the treatment making sure that I am comfortable at all times.
I have noticed a great improvement in my skin from the laser treatment. I was always so embarrassed about having rosy cheeks, more so when I took my make up off, but now not having to wear any foundation. I would definitely recommend Elan Laser Clinic to all my friends.

I am beyond impressed. Madeline was amazing, so knowledgeable and friendly. Debbie the Manager was really welcoming and the salon is beautiful and very relaxing to be in.

I had the luxe express facial and my skin is still seeing the benefits 2 weeks later. My skin felt bouncy and super soft straight after and it still does.
I’m already booked in for my next facial with Madeline. I’ve recommended to all my friends and family.
