Excellent freezer at very good price.good communication and quick delivery

First time using ElekDirect. I was looking for a fridge freezer for our utility room. I ordered a Bosch with a dent on the door as it won’t be seen. It was £100 less than the price anywhere else. The website photos were really clear. I took a chance that the damage was as the photos. To be honest, the dent can hardly be seen and we’re delighted with it. Great service , delivery and recycling at a reasonable price.

Quick delivery. Kept me informed of time. . Delivery drivers very good and respectful of home. So good take old one replace with new all unpacked outside so no mess in house. Fridge freezer very good quit only down side someone stuck tape on door which left stickiness and marked.

Easy online purchase, a very good price, and very fast delivery. The washing machine offers a variety of options to choose from. The only downside is that the door is a bit harder to open than on my previous machine. I am happy with the purchase.

Bought a Hoover Free frost fridge freezer. Absolutely perfect and a lot cheaper, no dents no scratches.

The driver should not be used again. Horrible experience.

I cannot fault the service I've had from Dale in Customer Services, to the delivery updates on the app, and phone calls from delivery employees.
There was a problem with my order and Dale could have not been more patient and showed kindness in trying to sort it out. All sorted now and very happy with my purchase, which was very good value.

Dishwasher delivered with missing inlet hose - these things happen. When notified, ElekDirect did everything to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and the customer service was excellent.
