I purchased one of the outdoor fire pits at a trade show over a year ago. I struggled to get it going at first but when I found out the trick to put a bit of kitchen roll on the fire, I was really impressed with the heat output! My friends could not believe the amount of heat that came off from what is essentially a very large candle. I would recommend this to anybody who wants to have a nice heat source on a summers evening.

Much better than burning timber. Easy to light and relight. Oh and it keeps you warm too. Friends saw mine and bought one.

I had a small issue with my fire pit I emailed the company and the day after I had a phone call from Tim Jeff's who invented the fire pit he subsequently offered me a brand new one of my choice all I can say is thank you, that's what you call after sales and how to deal with any problems , cheers Tim and El Fuego , Keith Snape

Exceptional customer service. Fab product! Love it. Would highly recommend. An issue with wrong colour being delivered but was no problem to resolve, fast and without hesitation even though I’d had it (unpackaged) for many weeks before I realised. 🙈 delivery driver to swap over wrong colour was super helpful, polite and nothing too much trouble. A pleasure to deal with such a fab company. Wish many others were half as good!

Best fire pit on the planet, the candles burn perfectly, great heat and light, light and portable and delivered in perfect condition, been using it almost every evening, can recommend it enough
