Always a good experience with Elite when it comes to MOT, servicing or tyres. Graham and his team are polite and very efficient. Also, I think they represent good value for money, especially with the servicing. Would definitely recommend.

Only an MOT but very easy booking.
Carried out on time (actually early which was great) and just polite and very friendly customer service from all.

Excellent service, Elite Garage fitted my car in for MOT at short notice, no hassle waiting around, just dropped the car off and an hour later received a text saying my car was ready.

Until now I used a main dealer to MoT my ID3. Using Elite has proven to me that I don’t need to go to a dealer for this. Elite reception was very professional and polite. I was given a time slot of one hour. Done easy.
I will definitely use Elite again.

I took my Renault Scenic in for an MOT to the Coulsdon branch. As a result the offside rear brake pipe was advised to be replaced due to some damage. I requested this to be done. Upon completion I drove a short distance home. The following day when starting the car the dashboard red warning saying 'STOP Braking System Fault' was continuously illuminated. I then had to return the car to identify what the problem was. The result. It was admitted that the mechanic had not replaced the brake fluid when replacing the brake pipe, so there was virtually no brake fluid left. I am utterly appalled by this dereliction of the most basic care and attention given to a job which created a potentially very dangerous situation with my car. If I had been driving on a motorway afterwards, and the brakes failed due to lack of brake fluid, the consequences could have been catastrophic.

Excellent quick and professional service for a Summer/Winter wheel swap. I use Denmead regularly for wheel swaps and also for checking tyre pressures, which they are very happy to do. This business is thoroughly recommended with friendly, knowledgeable staff and Manager. Thank you Denmead Team !!

Took my rare expensive wheels and tyres to elite in Shaftesbury, the wheels where absolutely perfect condition prior to them touching, promised they'd handle with care failed to do so, have not resolved this and ignoring my contact, now looking to proceed with third party & legal options, I'd avoid elite as there services are absolutely unacceptable and careless behaviour amongst ignoring a matter they caused which did not want to happen!. I'm here if you wish to resolve this matter instead of ignoring me!.

I had to make an "emergency visit" to the Demead tyres this morning at about 20 past 8 (I was on the way to London). The problem I had encountered was the tyre pressure on my front tryes was dropping dangerously low (1.9 NS and 1.3 OS) and I didn't want to take any risks while driving the car. So the guys had a look at it and informed me that it counld be a series of things.
(a) The sensor in the valve is playing up and might
need replacing (about £30 a tyre).
(b) Valve leaking.
(c) The way the trye is fitting to edge of the wheel.
(d) Slow puncture.
Maybe other things?

It turned out to be (c).

The OS tyre was taken off the wheel, edge of wheel checked and a sealent applied. Tyre refited and balance.
The NS wasn't leaking but checked anyway.
Both tyres put back on car and tyre pressure warning sensor systen reset.
All tyres now read 2.6 to 2.7 (36/34 PSi), which is where they should be!
So, I will keep a close eye on them just in case.

As a note I had purchase the two front tyres from Denmead tyres a couple of months ago (MOT was due in first week of August).
There is no suggestion here on my part of any shoddy workman ship what so ever and I wasn't emplying it either.
I have the greatest respect for the them.

I've been going to Denmead tyres Man and Boy (roughly 47 years ). So that shows trust I have in them

So this is a resounding well done on my part!!!

Prompt service for replacement of damaged tyre. It was easy to book replacement the next day and the replacement costs had no hidden extra's above the quoted price. Very competitive and helpful price and staff were polite and helpful despite being very busy.
