Was looking for an investment to park some funds. EW&W was one of the top three but in the end, because of Charles's professional approach, got the win.

He does give necessary facts and figures as and when you do have a question/query in your mind. The best bit I like is NO rushing whatsoever. You invest money to relax and that is what you get while investing with Elite Wine and Whisky.

I have started my journey and it's going to be long but pleasant, I am sure.

I approached Elite Wine and Whisky after researching investments in barrels of whisky and was impressed with the potential returns. Charles rang me and he patiently explained the ins and outs of what it means to invest in a barrel and went through different options to suit my budget. Been thinking about whisky investment for a while. I recently left the military after 22 years service and wanted to make some investments with my pension pay out. I performed some research and became interested in some of the potential returns that whisky can offer, I also came accross Elite Wine and Whisky through my research and was contacted by Charles. As a first time investor and a non whisky drinker I explained to Charles that despite the potential returns, I felt apprehensive about investing in something I was unfamiliar with. Charles put me at ease with the process and investment opportunities and I eventually invested in a hogshead barrel from the Tullibardine brewery. I was very happy with the service from Charles and now look forward to seeing how the investment grows and potentially investing further in the future.

Having read about whisky investment I wanted to dip my toes in the water and invest some money I had in premium bonds. I did some research and Elite wine and whisky looked a good place to start. I felt very fortunate that Charles answered my initial e mail and arranged a call later they week. He duly called on our arranged day and time and went through the entire process with me, he gave me 3 options in monetary terms and after some thought I chose option 2, a younger distillery that is looking good and my longer term investment will be a good choice for the cask I chose, Charles organised all the relevant paperwork and it could not have been easier, I’m now the proud owner of a cask that I’ll keep for 10,15 years and then probably sell, I’m very grateful to Charles who made the whole process a pleasure with no hard sell, I’m looking forward to going to one of there tasting events when permissible. Great at selling the product but absolutely abysmal when you want to sell. Valuations given are high but bear no resemblance to price given when you want to sell and that is if you can even obtain a selling price. Promised return calls are not made and excuses common place. Deal with at your peril.

I had been thinking about investing in Whisky for sometime but knew nothing about the process. After a search online I submitted an enquiry with Elite Wine & Whisky. I received a call the next day from Charles and agreed a more suitable date for Charles to call back to explain everything.
At no point did Charles try to pressurise me into committing to anything. During the time it took me to decide if I was going to proceed and with which Whisky, Charles was always on hand to answer any questions or queries I had.
