I am new to whisky investing, but Harry made the whole process very simple and easy to understand. I would recommend anyone in my position to speak with him as he made me feel comfortable entering the market.

As a newbie to Whisky investment I was looked after very well by Charles Keller, he explained everything in great depth and helped me through the process thoroughly. I would recommend Elite to any friends or colleagues.

As a newcomer to the concept of investing in whisky, I required patient and clear explanation of the process and the options involved. Alex provided this with the bonus of a relaxed, comfortable conversational style. We soon agreed on an appropriate investment and, supported by an efficient admin team, the whole business was smooth and professional. I look forward to a long association with Elite.

The service and explanation offered to me as a first time investor in whisky was excellent. Brandon, my portfolio manager, was clear, honest, patient and took time time ensure that making the investment with this company, at that, time was the right thing for us (or whether we may have been better to consider another type of investment elsewhere). My wife and I had time to think things through and had several conversations with Brandon in which any questions we had were answered. The price structure was good for us with a shared interest in making your investment grow. Overall, we were able to make our decision with confidence (and that confidence remains and grows). If you are considering making and investment in whisky, then I would very strongly advise that you take some time to speak to Elite Wine and Whisky Ltd. I would also add that this is the first Trust Pilot review I have ever written, but felt it was appropriate that I do so.

Research into a long term investment resulted in me looking into cask whisky and contact with Brandon Gallacher at Elite Wine Whisky. Over a couple of conversations and e-mails I invested the amount of money we discussed in the initial talks with all the formal / legal requirements covered in an straight forward manner. I first came to know about Elite Fine Wine, as it was known then, in 2020 after I made a tentative investment query. I was contacted back and things went from there.

I was a new investor so wasn't sure about the market but quickly became acquainted with Brandon Gallagher and over time I eventually made my first investment. Elite later that year took on whisky investments and exciting things have happened in that section of the business too.

I am completely comfortable with how the investment process has went and to know that I own the stock reassures me.

I have my own point of contact in Brandon for all questions no matter how silly I think they may be. I've participated in online wine tastings during lockdown too. My mum and I had fun at a couple of those!

After a lot of research and reading up on Whisky cask investment we spoke to Alex to gain further information and to assess if it was right for us. He was really friendly and informative, and at the end of a lengthy conversation he allowed us time to think and return to him with any further questions. There was absolutely no pressure to sign up for anything and most of our queries were answered before we could ask. Once we decided to go ahead and purchase our first cask the paperwork arrived very quickly. A few weeks after the purchase we received a friendly phone call from Ricky to introduce himself as our portfolio manager and discuss our future needs. A lovely company to deal with, they take the time to explain everything and are very quick to respond to any questions.
