This was my first time leasing a car
This was my first time leasing a car, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than the one I had with Embrace Leasing. From the outset, everything was clearly explained and all of my questions were answered thoroughly, which really put me at ease.
I dealt with Joe Francis during the initial stages and he was excellent, knowledgeable, approachable, and never pushy. He provided clear information on vehicle specifications and followed up exactly when he said he would. The whole process felt smooth and well managed.
When the handover moved to the customer care team, the high level of service continued. Mandy and Ned were fantastic, extremely helpful, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. Their support made the final stages of the process straightforward and stress-free.
Overall, the service from Embrace Leasing was excellent throughout, and I would highly recommend them, especially to anyone leasing for the first time.

Great customer service
Great customer service, Aby in the sales team was extremely helpful. She kept in touch without being pushy while I was deciding, and dealt with my many questions and amends once I had ordered the car.
I had a minor issue with delivery but customer care were great and on it straight away.
I'm very happy with the service and would recommend.

Fast, friendly and professional
Within 4 1/2 weeks of my initial call with Joe, I was driving my new car. Embrace, and their sister company Silverstone, were fast, friendly and very professional. Excellent Service
I have just ordered my 2nd lease vehicle from Embrace which is an indication how happy I am with the company.

Amazing service and always well informed!
I had a very bad experience with VIP Gateway when trying to lease a car. My emails and calls were ignored for weeks. My application was rejected with no explanation.
I then opted to cancel with them and found Embrace Leasing through LeaseLoco. They had the exact car I wanted for a cheaper monthly payment. Aby and Ned were amazing throughout the entire process. They were always happy to answer all my questions in detail. It was never a bother for them when I asked silly question. They frequently sent me emails and called me with updates. It took less than 2 weeks, from the day of contacting them, to have the car on my doorstep.
I was very reluctant at first due to the poor service from another lease broker, but the service from both Ned and Aby was very reassuring (they need a raise!)
Excellent service all round and will be using them again when my contract finishes
