Awarding 5 stars after using Emperor masonry paint. I’m not a professional painter but as a DIY enthusiast I’d researched the various different paints available on the market.
My own house is large so was fully aware of costs but the house is also difficult to paint due to its location meaning I needed scaffolding.
The paint has been worth the expense of using scaffolding and also investing in an electric paint mixer which has definitely made the paint easier to use on a roller.
At the point of writing this review the job is nearing completion but due to extreme heat temperatures I’ve had to take some days off working to avoid any chance of the paint drying too quickly.
I’d definitely recommend using this paint,

Excellent service from online information to home delivery. As an amateur decorator, it is difficult to assess exactly how much material you need for such a project. The fact that I could get free next day delivery allowed me to top up my order when materials were running low. Masonry paint is fantastic quality. Great coverage and body.

We’re sorry to hear that your delivery did not arrive as expected. We have reviewed the details and can confirm that your order was dispatched to the correct address provided at the time of purchase.
Unfortunately, it appears there was an issue during the courier’s delivery process which resulted in the parcel being delivered incorrectly. While we always do our best to ensure orders leave us correctly and reach customers smoothly, once a parcel has been passed to the courier, the delivery arrangements and final handling are managed by them.

Emperor Exterior Masonry Paint - White
Previously painted our house with Zinsser All Weather Exterior Paint. The paint started to fail after 3 years so decided to look for an alternative.
Found Emperor Paint on-line and ordered the exterior paint Friday morning. Paint dispatched same day and arrived the following day.
The paint is thicker than the Zinsser product and did not drip as easily during application. Applied using brush and roller and pleased with the coverage and finish. Will monitor over time but, so far, very happy and would recommend the Emperor Exterior Paint.

I found your website quite straightforward to locate the information I was looking for. It is well organised and is visually appealing.
The paint has a thick consistency which makes it easier to apply using a paint brush.

The product applies really well with a masonry roller and pole. Not sure yet about the water resistance. It’s not clear whether or not you should brush off any bloom before applying. The next day delivery didn’t work on both my orders which was frustrating

Top quality service and product
The ordering and delivery was first class. I am tucked away in rural Devon and yet with both orders the paint arrived within 2 days.
The paint is surprisingly thick and requires vigorous mixing. I was glad to have a paddle attachement for my drill which did the trick. The house has tyrolean render so was applied with acheavy duty roller. Coverage was good and with two coats the finish was excellent. The thickness really gives the feel of quality and I am hopeful that despite being within sight of the sea emperor will give me first class protection.

Next day delivery on all my orders and no delivery charge. I’ve previously reviewed the masonry paint which is thick and creamy with excellent covering power but I also tried the textured coating on some areas of render that had been patched. The original spatter dash finish is impossible to match exactly but the finish I achieved using the special texturing roller was better than previous attempts with other products. The finish is sharper edged than the original but a big improvement over a smooth patch, easy to apply and seems to have great adhesion even on existing paint.
