John fought my corner and with Robert Smith, the barrister, started proceedings and within a short time the other side caved in and I got a good settlement. John was so responsive and helpful. A great service.

I needed a Power of Attorney document notarised quickly for the sale of my apartment in the Canary Islands. I called Emsleys and they gave the information I needed to contact their in-house notary, who responded the same day, in a professional and friendly way. We fixed an appointment quickly, I was greeted in a very nice way by the staff and the notary, Will, was very efficient and helpful. He sent my document off to get legalised, saving me a headache, and sent a copy of the legalised document and DHL tracker to my lawyers in Spain. I will be returning to make a new will. Firstly I dealt with Anna Barnard who left before my case was completed she was excellent as was her assistant Beverley Danby! Was then passed on to Rosalind Blaza who again was excellent !
