The battery is thicker than the original, which means that once it's reassembled in the laptop, the touch pad is no longer responsive and unusable.

In general good
In general good. The first battery I got was already puffed up and visibly unusable. After I wrote them about it, they sent a new one right away. The second one works great, holds the change for around 3-4h.
But I can imagine that is more of a lottery, the package it all wrapped in this mustard yellow tape, similar to all the shipments I get from China AliExpress. So I can imagine, that they have a warehouse in Europe where these batteries are sitting, waiting for the customer. I believe the batteries are not being check before they ship it and just resend another one if the first one is faulty.

Good experience
I was grateful that the battery didn't take too long to arrive, a couple of weeks and it was within the expected timeframe that was given.
The battery works great so far!
Was so happy to find one since my laptop is older and it was difficult to find a new battery elsewhere.

Vage leverancier, afrader!
De Accu werkt niet goed, en ben nu al dagen bezig om een retourprocedure aan te vragen, veel vage e-mails van video's die je moet maken, en andere verzoeken, ipv fatsoenlijk een retour en refund. Afrader!
