I've found the right battery for my laptop very easy and the whole shopping experience was very smooth. The seller recommended identical and alternate type of battery (bigger capacity), which was compatible with my laptop. Delivery was long as expected, but not longer than what the seller informed me in advance.

I bought this battery for my acer nitro 5, i installed the battery very carefully and had nearby comparisson with the old one. The moment i ran my notebook with this battery at first it wouldnt start, after which i had to plug it in and charge for 30 minutes, to have it then load, but without battery icon in my task bar. Confused i looked at whats going online to try and fix, so i did what was recommended, have notebook shutdown, reboot, reset the battery, uninstall driver, and restart again. To have it then show the battery icon with the driver, but my charger light on the notebook would be constantly blinking, which it shouldnt do, because its a sign of a defect battery or something. I was like sure lets test it first, so i let it charge, which took way to long, over hour and a half to have it almost fully charged and after trying it without it being pluged in the laptop shuts down without any warnings on 30% of the battery. How do i know ? because ive repeated this multiple time and roughly around 30% battery life the laptop shutsdown. And in it self, the battery doesnt last that longer than my previous 2 year old battery.

Goede prijs, snelle verzending en duidelijk aangegeven voor welke model de batterij is. Werd geleverd met schroevendraaiertjes. Batterij zit er nu een dag in en werkt vooralsnog uitstekend. Batterij was ca. 60% vol bij levering dus prima!

I ordered the wrong battery by mistake. When I noticed that when I plugged it in I was like:'There goes my money'. So I sent an email to customer support. They were very helpful and always responded within a day and if they were online even within minutes. Then they helped me look for the correct battery and asked me to transfer only the shipping cost of 10 eur to get the correct battery.
