Endless Nuisance. Very late delivery, took 2 weeks as opposed to the 3 days promised on website and poor quality crystal. Customer service was terrible. Never again.

No order received!

Made an order in January 2025 for a Salt Lamp. Spent well over £150 on this.
To this day I have received nothing.
I’ve requested a refund on many occasions.
They are ignoring me.

Thieves and a complete con

Absolute scam!!! Ordered gifts for my wifes birthday 1 week before, they did not srrive until 2 weeks after. When the box did arrive a bracelet was in pieces, had not even been put together. Tried to contact the company via email, facebook etc. Every message ignored. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

If I could give 0 stars I would have. I ordered from this company around the end of April. No shipping information or tracking despite them declaring you would receive your order in 2-4 days. I gave it some time before getting in touch via social media and email. By mid may - nothing. I therefore raised a paypal dispute (very thankful i paid via paypal) again nothing until the last day they had the opportunity to respond. Suddenly out of no where I received my order however I absolutely believe I would never have got this order (I actually no longer wanted it but they of course ignored this comment) if I hadn’t of raised a dispute. The crystals that come are fine but for the sake of some crystals it shouldn’t be this hard for a company to send them and still be running. I have seen this is a pretty common issue of them taking money and never sending orders. I’m lucky I got mine but my advice would be: AVOID THIS COMPANY. You most likely will not receive your order unless you take action against them. To finish my review they finally responded to my social media message after the paypal dispute had been resolved saying they ‘missed’ my message…. How convenient!!! Awful company.

I ordered on may the 4th still have not received my order , if you write to them they dont reply .. terrible customer service and very slow delivery , wouldnt recommend as there is a risk this will happen to you go to a different place with better delivery / customer service

Endless Guidance are sympathetic when things get lost in the post, and restore them asap.

Absolute SCAMMER. Do not purchase from them. Take time to read the poor reviews associated with their profiles. These are an accurate representation.

Paid the owner £350 for a salt lamp. It never arrived and was never dispatched. £350 may not be a fortune, perhaps the owner is experiencing financial hardship, however communication and transparency would be nice.

My fear that if he does this to a lot of people, his scam does pay off.

avoid at all costs, there are better outlets out there.

Purchased some crystals from this website as a first time purchase, buying Kunzite and Agate. Firstly it took nearly 3 weeks to arrive after a lack of shipping information, which I did email and eventually got a reply where they did apologise for the delay. However, when I received the product the Kunzite weighed 80g less than what was in the description on the website. I emailed stating I was disappointed in this and with how long that took to arrive and they admitted that the description was an error and it did in fact only weigh 20g (basically it’s a tiny piece not worth buying) I had asked for a full refund on that piece only including delivery on the Kunzite as it has been mis sold and that does not align with trading standards. I now have not heard from them since, despite my proof of the weight of the product (which in the description on the website It says 20g after being a first time customer had to correct them on it) and the least they could do was refund a product they have mis sold. Annoying I didn’t use PayPal to pay otherwise I could have opened a dispute - if you do buy from here use PayPal, as they don’t respond to emails when you’ve proven they are in the wrong. My only option now is to warn others about the issues that could arise. Unfortunately before I had received my order I recommended this company to my sister, who after more than 3 weeks hasn’t even received her order! It’s such a shame, customer service and goodwill could have made this review better!

I should have read reviews first, ordered a gift and never received any form of tracking and nothing has been sent.finally managed to get a response to an email saying they'd look into it , promised to deliver but nothing , no more response since , useless company trying for a refund now but not getting any response , I would avoid trying to purchase from here

My original order got lost by the courier, but Megan sorted another order & sent my crystals out! I would recommend Endless Guidance.

Very pleased with my purchase from EndlessGuidance great quality clear quartz crystals and arrived next day. (paid for express delivery)

If I could put 0 stars I would. Over a month ago I placed an order for a birthday present and it’s now been a month, shipping stated 2-4 days. The birthday has now passed and I have had to buy another present and the company is saying it’s out of their hands!!

Avoid!

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this company.
A distinct lack of communication on a missing shipment.
When the order finally arrived (almost 3 weeks after ordering!) there was an item missing- the company have ignored my emails detailing what it missing.

To top it off, I had spent £47.80 on 3 Quartz points. I expected what I’d ordered, 4 nice chunky pieces.
What I received far from met my expectations. No bigger than a pencil tip.
My email asking for a refund on the unsatisfactory products have been ignored.

Hugely disappointed.
An absolute rip off!

I love crystals and Endless shop i use when i want something beautiful and real. I trust them, as i can feel the good energy.
They have wonderful customer service as always reply to any enquiry and do their best.
I recommend them!

I still didn’t receive my parcel I contacted with them no response or refund. I ordered 3 weeks ago but still waiting. They’re scammers. Always pay through PayPal then you have refund. I paid with Apple Pay no refund. No response from them.

Awful experience with this company. I was sent a damaged lamp with a large hole in one side. Despite the company policy that they would pay return postage if damages were present, the seller refused a return label. I was asked to return the lamp myself. On doing this, the seller refused to refund the lamp or pay the return postage. Thankfully PayPal examined the photos and raised a case to achieve justice, reimbursing the postage themselves as the seller had refused. Please be very careful buying from this company!

I brought the heart shaped crystal for our anniversary present, was really pleased with it. Was a beautiful colour.
