I am super happy with Engima and would 100% buy again from them!
They were responsive and helpful to all my questions prior to purchase, the build was on time (5 days to ship) then it shipped quicker then expectation (3 days to Tasmania)
The only downside (which wasn't really their fault) the RAM fell out in shipping, but that was it! everything else worked out of the box!

Computer came as stated, fast delivery after it was shipped.
Only complaint is the Computer was supposed to be all set up to plug in and use, except there were NO drivers installed for the WIFI and Bluetooth.

The custom PC Configurator was easy to use and the process of ordering was extremely simple. Pick up was a breeze. Response time to some initial early enquiries was a little slow - but overall experience was definitely great.

[edit] after packing the pc away for about 2 months as it was for my sons birthday he plugged it all in on his bday and when playing games it kept crashing, checking the cpu temps they were mostly sitting at 100c. I had too send the pc back and they discovered the water cooler was not installed correctly and had the original sticker still on it stopping the cooler from working. My son was very disapointed on his 10th birthday and had to wait about 2 weeks while it had to be sent back to be repaired. Enigma looked after it all and paid shipping both ways so they were excellent with the repair but failed on the QA check before shipping it to me. lowering from 5 stars to 4.

Cpu cooler not installed properly, causing pc to shut down automatically after start up for 5 min. I had to re-install myself.

They genuinely want to do well for you

I had alterations needed and they assisted me in my changes. When the PC arrived and I had some issues with setting it up on my end Enigma was great at working it through with me.
