I ordered this through what I saw were positive reviews and a legitimate site. When we received the unit, the instructions were tiny, and had lots of unclear language. We never were able to learn how it could even connect to wifi and/or pair with any of our devices. The distributor's instructions made it very hard to return and get a refund. This is a hard lesson learned for which I paid over $100! I should have consulted more before choosing this brand, and will buy something like this locally from a brick and mortar store. When I go to their brand site, there are lots of "reviews", but none of their links for contacting or giving reviews work.

If I could have zero stars I would. Just as everyone else is saying this camera is a huge piece of crap and I even bought the extended warranty on it obviously that’s only if something has to happen to it and it doesn’t work well nothing has happened to it, but it definitely doesn’t work and I wrote to them and they told me to keep reading the manual and that I will get it. I have no idea why now but as you walk by the camera, it says something and it scares people that are leaving my house. The entryway camera is such a huge waste of money $130 right straight down the hItter. Avoid!!!

The most frustrating device ever. Holds programme link to my iPhone 12 for about an hour. Complete waste of time and money.

Steer well clear, like other reviews, it is crap. Their website mentions "Trustscore" with great reviews, Trustscore does not exist.
You have to have the App open to be made aware of anyone near, then you're only alerted after the event, it does not record, just takes a still image.

1 star because I can't give minus stars. Avoid this company at all costs. Also read the google (false)reviews. Bought the door camera and the plug in chime. The camera/doorbell only works when app is open, does not connect with the plug in chime so is useless as if you are in and the app is not open you can't hear the doorbell. Ordered on the 28th August, arrived 5th September, emailed them on 6th September and waited to hear back from them. No joy. Tried to return but all the links on the website don't work. Sent them a really snotty email on the 12th and got a reply saying they had sent me the manual (download) and would I be willing to take a 20% refund!! I replied I wanted a full refund as it doesn't work as advertised.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. As most others have stated, the Video Doorbell is not fit for purpose and the Company are scamming you. The instructions are not worth the paper they are printed on (in very tiny print) for a start. If you do manage to set the device up, it will not work satisfactorily. There are huge delays when connecting to the device in order to view the video. If someone rings the doorbell you'll very rarely receive a notification but, if you do, by the time you have connected to the device to answer the call, the visitor has walked away. The batteries last 3 days maximum, then need a whole day to recharge. If you try to contact the company you'll get a reply stating that they are busy but will get back to you soon, then, maybe, they will reply stating that you've had the device more than 14 days so tough luck EVEN THOUGH I PURCHASED A 12 MONTH WARRANTY! I got my money refunded from PayPal. I don't know how to return the item so I will box it up and wait. If the company contacts me to return it, I will if they pay the postage and it's within 14 days of PayPal refunding me.

Bought this device after reading false Google reviews. Received it, set it up with the app. Bit confusing but managed eventually. I then discovered that you need to have your app open on screen to get notifications when someone is at your door. That is no use at all. I have checked all the setting which are all correct. I also think you need to subscribe and pay for notifications. Didn't but the chime and you can't buy it separately. I have emailed them requesting a return as the returns form does not work which is no surprise. Do not waste your money. Only thing good is the video performance, that is it.

I regret buying this doorbell their advertisement is not true regarding long battery life the battery lasts less than 2 weeks and takes 12 hours or more to charge. I would give this product zero stars if I could what a waste of money

Communication from these people is minimal. My doorbell appears to be faulty, but after my initial request for advice more than two weeks ago met with a 'we are busy and will get back to you', after which I have had nothing. The device was delivered in early April, but not fitted until May as I was hospitalised for nearly a month at the time. It has since stopped sending doorbell notifications via the app, and now the display is inverted (unit correctly fitted). This is not of serviceable quality and i should be reimbursed or sent a replacent.

The battery only lasts a week before needing charging, it does not pick up motion, doorbell late when caller rings and they have to knock on door. I'm very disappointed in this product which took over a fortnight to arrive and we had to use screws as sticky pad did not hold it on doorframe

This doorbell is beyond garbage. I'm complaining to payment people as took ages for Enway to respond and they just said outside 14 days so hard luck. Battery lasts a few days and stated as 6000amh but only 2 x 2700 plus not good quality
Uprated batteries and tried changing app as Tuya app they recommended was rubbish.
Really poor product and support do not buy.

Beware, this is an overseas company that cannot be contacted once you have placed an order and everything they then do seems to be in a foreign language, so your consumer rights will be difficult to uphold and product after-sales service will always present difficulties.

Biggest waste of money ever. Like a previous reviewer, we have had to unplug the bell as it never stops ringing.
We have tried to contact the supplier to return… a waste of time.
I can only imagine who wrote the glowing reviews I read before purchasing.

I received my enway smart doorbell today after I read a glowing google report which claimed it looked to be one of the best on the market.
I can’t give you a review about it as I can’t get the security screw undone, so I can’t charge it,so where do I go from here 😖

Gave one star but doesn't even warrant that. Set up ok with android then told me I had enough human bodies at my door for the cast of Ben Hur. Sometimes rang but often didn't. After ten days it went offline, was completely dead and will not recharge. A complete waste of money. DO NOT BUY.

Now had this doorbell for 4 months. The battery appears to have failed as it only lasts a few days and takes a whole day to recharge. Replacement batteries are very expensive and are not easily available.

Do not buy - will not sync with iPhone despite spending 6 hrs of trying also text on instructions is so small it’s impossible to read. Would strongly suggest that you do not purchase.

Garbage. Bought 2 of these and spent most of the day trying to set them up, following all instructions (which were very difficult to read as extremely small!) Couldn't get them to link with the app at all. Sending them back but unsure if I will get a refund as you can only buy them online from abroad. Searching for top 5 doorbell camera in Google suggested these were superior to all others but I think not!

Trying to cancel this order within the one hour clause, but all that happens is getting an offer of 20% discount when what I need is a 100% refund.
I cancelled the order having read the true reviews. I later found out that the information I was reading was not a newspaper report on this product but actually an advertisement by Enway themselves. This is found in small print at the end of the article/presentation.
My online research found that, apart from not having the Enway brand name on it, showed that the same size and specification unit can be purchased for under £30.00
including free delivery.
I managed to cancel my payment via PayPal and have now had 5 separate emails from Enway given me 5 individual refunds ( one for each element of the order) which I should receive in 7 to 10 days

Purchased this camera doorbell, would only work for less than 24 hours, not holding a charge, had to charge every day, tried to sent it back, told had to be within 14 days of purchase, asked me to send video evidence of it not operating properly, they would not refund money and sent me a replacement camera, had it 2 days now and still has 100% charge, wollsee how it performs over time.
