Disappointed so far, reason battery life less than 24 hours and down to 10 Percent activity and use non apart from one alert when I walked past and one which I didn't identify

Looked on line not alot of help direct from manufacturers, checked with other wifi doorbells the common issues seem to center around wifi and connectivity. Not a problem steady.

Recharging and hoping it's just a blip but think it's going back which is a shame as it does every thing I want.

Update 1 06/05/2023 its taken more time to charge the batteries the 2nd time around than it took to discharge them with the doorbell in use. Is that a positive sign? Answer to come.

Final test after charging reinstalled the Enway at 08:51 on the 7th May on the 8th received notifications at 04:02:59 of low power (under 10%) and a further one at 05:44:13 to say the device is offline.

Now I do not know if I have a faulty device or bad batteries, but surely the idea of such a product is for it to provide a sentry role but for the device to totally discharge itself in 20 hours it has failed in its core role.

So unfortunately I am going to return the device.

Installed this device for an elderly friend. As previous person stated, the installation and set-up instructions are poorly written and printed on a "postage stamp" minute leaflet requiring magnification to read. Setting up was difficult to say the least. Whilst the doorbell and camera etc functions, my friend has found that fully charged batteries do not last a full 24 hours. As stated by another customer, this renders the device useless. Unable to leave the house for any length of time and still use the device. Want to return to supplier for full credit under complaint.

Totally Useless instruction pamphlet need a magnifying glass to read it spent hours trying to set it up . now back in the box trying to return for a refund . will write an update next week . I think I have been conned out my money .

Have to agree with previous poster, doorbell is fantastic apart from battery life, after two days battery is already at 34% I doubt it will last a week so utterly useless if your away from home, to say it will last 6 months is simply untrue, I feel like I'm 8 years old ordering space monkeys from the back of the beano again, I still have not recovered from that blatant lie and now this, at least I'm not bitter after 50 years, swindlers!

Battery only lasts 2 weeks before needing recharging. They advertised 6 months!
