We had just returned from are holiday italy and driving back through France my wife wanted a drink as she was parched as gathering weather was 32 degrees we stoped at a petrol station and she sore a Yob vanilla and see tried it and loved it unfortunately it was the last one on the shelf we tried several different places on are journey home and we couldn’t get any more so when we got home I started looking on google and found Epicerie Corner and I ordered several cases the delivery arrived on time and the Yobs camewell packed with freezer packs what a great company to order from and I am about to order my second delivery

Very disappointed. No way of contacting them other than an email address which they don’t seem to acknowledge nor reply to. I emailed to get an update on my order, no reply. When my order eventually arrived the bags of crisps were bust all over the box, this is of no surprise given the lack of packaging. Bags of crisps packed with cans of juice and a mass of space in the box, the crisps didn’t stand a chance. I’ve emailed to request a refund but have heard nothing back.

I looked up where I could buy Vichy St Yorre in the Uk and this shop had it on special offer. I also ordered some tinned food and 2 packs of crisps. One pack of crisps had popped open. However they fortunately were still fresh and edible. I think the items could have been better packed so this wouldn’t have happened. I would order again from them as I enjoyed all the products and they were reasonably priced

Overall good experience from this store as they always strive to rectify any issues. Will continue to shop there and fully recommend them!

Great customer service and fantastic products!

I had some lovely tourage butter delivered that unfortunately was spoiled during transit in the heatwave. After getting in touch to explain the issue, the owner kindly arranged delivery of a fresh block to me with speedy Saturday delivery. Thrilled with the service.

I usually buy french food from French Click but i thought i would try Epicerie Corner. What a disappointment! No tracking info until the day of the delivery, i was charged for items that were NOT in stock and the refund has still not reached my account. Not only thar everything arrived completely soggy including chocolate bars and cheese and communication was basically non existant. I would NEVER buy from this place again! Shockingly bad!

I have now received two orders and a third is due to be delivered within the next 10 days.
My products have been packed and delivered with care. The produce fresh and on time.

With any query or questions I have had are responded to in a timely and friendly manner.

For items that are unavailable a quick and nonsense refund was deposited into my bank account.

I've been trying to find sheep’s milk in the UK for ages but no luck. Then I found Epicerie Corner and couldn’t believe my luck that they actually stock it! The delivery was quick and the milk tastes amazing.

A very easy to use web site good prices and the items were delivered on the day requested. Every product was packed with consideration for its characteristics i.e. disposable packs of ice were used where necessary, plus very good bubble wrapping to absorb any knocks and bumps during transit. A good company, whom we will be definitely using again and again. It is far cheaper using them than driving all the way down to the ferry ports and back!

I came looking specifically for salted peanuts, vacuum packed. They had them! Delicious!! Of course I then ordered lots of different things- cheese, jams- fantastic selection. Would recommend.
The delivery was slightly disappointing as the company (DHL) failed to notify me when the package was due to be picked up - this meant my cheese , butter, crab was relying on the cool blocks in the packaging for longer than ideal. All was well though :))
