I’m so impressed with this new watch strap! It looks amazing and fits my Garmin Swim 2 perfectly — it’s like having a brand-new watch. The quality is great, and I love how it instantly refreshed the look of my device. It also came with a super handy tool to remove the old strap and attach the new one, which made the whole process incredibly easy. Ordering process was simple, HOWEVER the after-sales care was seriously lacking. I ordered and paid for items based off of the website, two days later I got an email from the sales team to say that they had made a mistake on the website and a product I ordered was not in stock. This was an error on their part. I picked a replacement product to which there was a price difference. They then sent me another invoice to cover the difference. The difference was $14. One would expect a company to act in good faith and given the delays already ship the products. They waited for the invoice to be paid. When I complained to the sales team about their lack of good faith for such a small difference they offered me a refund of the shipping amount. I accepted this as a resolution, but I have never heard from them since and I have not received said promised refund.

I have since been contacted by the company who agreed with my position. They were professional at this juncture and apologised for the inconvenience and frustration I received. They mentioned they have made adjustments to their processes now to prevent this happening to anyone else in the future. They also processed the refund back to me quickly.

I agreed as part of them sorting the issue out with me that I would edit my review and mention their positive moves as well as the negative.

Equipo has great service and communication. Excellent product (Fitbit band) exactly as described. Incredibly fast shipping from order to delivery. Many thanks.

Good communication when NZ Post delayed delivery . Equipo were quick to respond and investigate. The strap I purchased is even more comfortable than the original one. Very easy to install. Loving the look and feel.

I mistakingly ordered the wrong product. Equipo was so prompt and helpful in arranging an exchange. My return package was lost by our amazing postal service! Without hassle or stress Equipo gladly followed up and organised the correct product be shipped out. This is what customer service is about.

I'm sceptical of online businesses but you can trust Equipo. Three months of back and forth with the original organisation for an authentic piece (the Monaco corporation distributes Casio replacement pieces) left me completely dissatisfied. I have nothing but praise for the proactive customer service, fast shipping, compatibility and quality ( for a price of a knockoff ). I will be purchasing from them again.
