Oh yes, I didn't tell here that you sent wrong and cheaper item instead of the ears. Nicky never told that they are waiting item from China, she told that they have an new employee who didn't sent the ears. I sent many and many e-mails, they answered only couples of those. I have the e-mails still, do I need to put all the conversation here? And yes, I am still waiting those ears. This is the answer of the below review and the review of my other order, where they was asking me the same money many months and didn't notice my receipts of paid order.

I brought my daughter one of the Winter Inverno hi-viz coats in fluorescent yellow and was not only impressed with the look and fit, but also the quality. The reflective elements work brilliantly when car lights shine on it and keeps her safe on hacks after school when the sun is setting that bit earlier 🌅 It’s also nice and warm as well as hard wearing and obviously nice and bright 🌈 to keep her safe in traffic 🚙! I brought age 8-10 which she still wears now age 11!
Delivery also speedy!

I bought a Polite Hi-Vis waistcoat from Equisafety, and have had nothing but a positive experience. The product is effective, makes sure I am seen when out with my horse, as well as being equipped with a handy zip pocket for my phone! What more could I ask for? Love it. It really makes drivers slow down and think.

I can’t believe the reply to my review six months later. More complete lies from this company and all the more reason to steer clear. I’m going to keep it simple as obviously this person makes things up as she goes along. I did not order the wrong hat. I ordered an adult hat. I was sent a junior one. I did not send a photo of my old hat I sent a photo of the label of the hat you sent me showing it was a junior one. There was never any correspondence with champion. At no time did I become aggressive and you were not correct in sending me a junior hat instead of an adult one. There was only one phone call which I made after receiving no reply to my email in which I sent the photo which you ended by hanging up on me after rudely accepting the return. I will be seeking legal advice on this as it is absolutely ridiculous the lies you have said about me in your reply.

As I have already said the child’s is exactly the same as the Adult just £40 cheaper. I talked to Champion, and this is what they just told, me even though you do not believe me. You don’t see the liner when its on your head. Most people would rather save £40 and don’t care that is says Junior.

When you purchase the same hat again, you will spend an extra £40 for no reason other than you are now going to pay VAT of £40.

Thanks Nicky. Perhaps if you had told me this before you sent the item rather than just sending it anyway and presuming it would be ok, I would have considered it. Also the fact that you ignored my two emails and I had to phone on my lunch break to see what the problem was did not help the situation. Add to that the fact that you said “right fine” and put the phone down will must definitely refrain me from purchasing anything else from your company. Your customer service is atrocious. I have since ordered an adult hat from another company for £199 so in fact I will not be spending another £40 to purchase “the same hat again” and will also not be purposely avoiding paying VAT.

Great products. I have had my waterproof coat for a long time and it's still perfect! My hi viz sheet fits great too and is very bright 🌞 I highly recommend their products and the company is great to deal with. I have used many of the equisafety products over the years and will use them in the future also 😊

Well worth investing in! I have been using the equisafety quarter sheet 3-4 a week over the past few years. Whilst out hacking I can honestly say ‘we are highly visible’ to other road users. Fits perfectly over horse, washes great, no loss of colour or shape. A product I would highly recommend to all horse & pony users.

Have brought variates from equisafety, amazing quality and good customer service, I have had the same winter coat fir 10 years is now its lasted so well now needing to be replaced! The colours are amazing and it all fits well

WONDERFUL products. We are so visible and waterproof too. I have been using Jacket and Horse sheet for 2 years in Welsh weather so certainly has been put through its paces and both products are still 100% waterproof and looking amazing.

I have won 3 gilets with yu and they are great for riding in yu are seen by car drivers and they give yu a wide pass by

I recently bought an orange Mercury hi vis exercise sheet for my dark bay horse as I was concerned that he wouldn’t be seen on these grey days. When it arrived, to say the colour popped was an understatement!! And the reflective panels are so effective.
I was so impressed with the rug I have now bought myself an Inverno jacket to match. No one is going to miss us on the roads. So impressed with both products. They are really well made.
I will be looking for some hi vis for the summer when the weather improves. Thank you Equisafety
