Annual Service
Over the last 2 year i have had a problem getting the tub to heat up after the winter. Each time the engineer has turned up done a service and the tub had fired up. Always friendly with helpful tips

I had a planned annual hot tub service…
I had a planned annual hot tub service with Billy who was absolutely amazing. Billy was polite, knowledgeable, helpful and went above and beyond to inform me what he was doing and why. Billy was respectful of my property and left my hot tub area clean and tidy . In addition , fixed and advised me about a pressure washer whilst he was there and for that I’m thankful. Billy is an asset to the company and look forward to seeing him for my next service. Thank you .

We bought our hot tub from escape and…
We bought our hot tub from escape and we’ve had a few teething problems. Having been hot tub owners before we knew something wasn’t right. Needless to say Chris and the guys have gone above and beyond to help us listening to our whims. We would recommend Escape and Chris a pleasure to deal with. Make sure you have plenty of tea and biscuits as they love a brew!
