Great coffee, great service
The joy from the aroma upon opening the box! I appreciate the selection of coffee as an international buyer with options that are unavailable locally. I got a variety and everything is fresh, the packaging was efficient, and delivery was much faster than expected. Shipping cost is quite a premium but you could say the same for the selection. Thanks.

The shipping for this product is very expensive. While product was delivered timely, one cup was defective/chipped. It looked like it was packed already chipped as the chipped piece was nowhere in the wrapping materials. Company refused to send a free replacement or ship for free. Getting a refund for the price of the cup is not adequate.

Dear customer, we are also very unhappy that a cup has broken. But we only ship with DHL Express precisely because we have had bad experiences with "normal" shipping. It takes forever, goes through many hands and then arrives broken. We have even offered to send more cups free of charge with the next order. Maybe that will still be an option. We apologize for the inconvenience.
