Coffee is great deal. Delivery not so great.
DHL said package would arrive between 1500-1700. The came at 1400 and I was not home. DHL website was hard to maneuver for redelivery. Access location was very untidy and they did not speak English.

Very quick delivery. Quality products. The only downside is that one plate arrived broken. I’m not sure how because they were packed very carefully.

Cappuccino cups
Espresso International reached out and quickly resolved the minor issue. I would recommend that they institute an automatic email that is sent to buyers upon delivery of an order, asking if everything was satisfactory with the process. Since Trustpilot sent the email, I simply responded to that one.

Excellent coffee beans from Europe
Espresso International allowed me to buy the exact product that I enjoyed on my trips to Italy. It can be difficult to find excellent quality, and especially "fresh" roasted coffee beans in the US. I received the correct product, and it was delivered on time.

Second time ordering
Second time ordering. Delivery was speedy but what I didn’t love is that this time the company limited the number of units I could order of a particular coffee brand which then meant I didn’t meet the spend required to allow for shipping. So I had to order something else (that I hadn’t wanted) in order to increase my order total to meet the shipping requirements.
