3 months waiting on Order

I placed and paid in full including shipping for an order on 12/14/2025. To date, it still has not shipped (three months and waiting). I have inquired multiple times only to be told in the beginning that they were backed up on order fullfillment due to the holidays. In more recent (within the past month) I've been told that "it would ship in a few days" (it has not), or that they are having issues with shipping to the USA. I've requested a refund multiple times, and no one has bothered to reach out to me to issue the refund or make this right. I have been a solid customer for over two years, and this is the first time i've had issues like this. Buyer BEWARE!

The company was liquidated in June 2025…

The company was liquidated in June 2025 from what I see customers stopped getting their products from that point on. I ordered almost 300 dollars worth of the products and never got it. I decided to do some research and found out they were being shut down and all items sold to repay creditors

Wow!

Wow. So I am not the only one that is experiencing the lack of a follow up and delivery of our items on. This is truly, truly disappointing. I really like their products, but I guess this is the end of a good thing. I would’ve appreciated some correspondence, but… It’s disgusting. It’s disgusting because there are a number of people that have not been treated fairly. If anyone from the company is reading this, please correspond with us. Let us know what’s going on and when you will refund our money. That’s only fair.

Delayed order

I placed my order Feb. 6. It is now March 4. I have yet received my order and support is telling me nothing regarding why my order hasn't shipped? This is very disappointing, I've been a customer since 2024. I will definitely start looking for other skin care product.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I was a huge fan of this skincare line and even joined their rewards program. BIGGEST mistake ever. My order #402076 was returned to their warehouse due to a “customs issue” and since then there had been back-and-forth emails promising to ship my order. This has gone on for MONTHS. I sent them an email 4 days ago requesting a refund since I have not received an update or an ETA… radio silence.

Ordered their product on January 20th

Ordered their product on January 20th, it is now February 28 and products have not been delivered. They had the audacity to send an email requesting a review - I have emailed this company on several occasions only to receive a generic response of an apology for the inconvenience and working diligently to ship my product. I am extremely disappointed and feel as it I have been duped! . Their products are not cheap.

I have ordered from Ava Estell in the past and products work great. However when I ordered in December I never received my order, could not even track. It is now about to be March and still nothing. I will no longer order these products. Best advice is to not order. Based on reviews I see many people have not been receiving their orders.

Placed an order, and received no products

I wish I had seen these reviews before placing my order. I, too, have placed an order over a month ago, and have not received my products. When I inquired about it, I kept getting a generic email about them experiencing a backlog of orders, but it seems they keep taking people's money with no products to ship. I've asked for a refund 3 times, and those emails have been ignored. I'm looking for a way to report them for fraud since I'm located in a different country.

Haven't received products!!!

Ordered products November of 2025. It is now February and I have not received my products. Initially I would receive a response back. Now, no answer. It's a shame this company started off so well and now has a terrible reputation. I requested a refund and haven't received one yet. What a disgrace to the legacy they voiced as a part of their products.

I placed my order on 12/02/2025. It is now 1/30/2026 and I have received no shipping information let alone my products. I have emailed them three times and they keep telling my it will ship out next week.

Non Delivery

I’ve ordered most of their products for over a year now. Products did not disappoint and were delivered in a timely fashion with my subscription. However, within recent months, I feel as if I’m being scammed. I ordered in November and have not received anything. I canceled subscription and tried to use the rest of my credits. A gift card option appeared at checkout. I’ve contacted the company several times to be told about problems with shipping meanwhile receiving duplicate advertising emails multiple times a week. What is going on? Are they trying to dig out of debt by taking our money first and catching up later? I really want to continue to support this black owned business but come on now.

Delayed shipment

When I 1st started ordering from Ava Estell everything went well. The products are great! I even joined the monthly VIP subscription club to build credits towards my purchases. I placed my last order 12/9/25 and here it is 1/29/26 and I still haven't received my order. When I reach out to customer service I receive the same generic response, "due to unforeseen circumstances your order is delayed without an estimated time of when the order will be fulfilled." I'm at the point now that I won't be ordering again from them. I truly love the products but if I don't receive what I order what good is it?

Returning customer

Returning customer who absolutely loves the products. Placed my last order December 22 to take advantage of the BOGO sale. It's January 15 and I still don't have my items. What really bothers me is the lack of customer service. I've emailed multiple times and even dm'd them on instagram, with not a single reply and I'm still seeing ads from them daily. Really wanted to keep supporting this black owned brand-very disappointed.

So disappointing

This company has amazing products but the delivery service is pathetically atrocious! And the way they handle complaints even worst. In addition, compared to other companies whose base postage is £3-4, the postage is a whole £4.99 and does not translate to the cost plus protection. You opt to pay into their plus membership because the product is so good and you get little for it. No loyalty and terrible service. If you are going to level up to successful companies who serve the huge online shopping preference do it 360!!!

Products are great but delivery and dispatch completely RUBBISH!!! it’s been 3 weeks from placing my order and was told today my products have not been dispatched and cannot guarantee it before Christmas I’m going to finish up using what’s left of my credits and go elsewhere I don’t have time for this.
