Time to switch online accountants
Used to be good but just degraded over time.
The interface looks like a website from 2010, the system bombards you with "Urgent Responses Needed" but theres nothing to address when you login. Emails to there admin@ and messages via the internal portal go unanswered until they finally send you something to repond to.
This year they sent me an email in June saying I could do it early, so i tried. It's now the 10th and it's still not lodged.
Going else where next year, maybe use some of the money you make on UX and Support staff. Just an idea.

Easy and uncomplicated
Had to contact by phone to fix some items on my sign in, no concerns very helpful and able to complete in a short time frame. The use of online lodging of tax is easy and uncomplicated.

No stress
Etax makes taxtime so stressless. This year was so quick but they also personally answered the few questions I had. Very easy and convenient service.

Easy to use ended up with a better refund then previously thought ld have. A few documents to send and it was done within 3 days. Would recommend

Excellent Service
I have had my taxes done for the last few years with Etax. I find it easy, with most items pre-filled. Saves me time and the hassle of going to an agent.
I send my receipts, and it is easy to fill out and add.
Always helpful if I have any questions. If they need any more info, they are always helpful,

Great process and service...

100% Recommend
I have using Etax for years now and they never disappoint. My tax return is always higher then if I were to do it myself. I fill out most details and leave some things that I'm not sure on for Etax to fix up or clarify. Great to also have a section for additional questions or when lodging. Great all round service!
