I bought Asian food from many website , My daughter love Sukiyaki sauce ..So I researched then this website cheapest and free delivery next 2 days if you spend £60

i paid on 7 of February then they sent me estimates delivery on Friday 11 ( I was wondering that not next 2 days but ok I can wait 4 day )
Friday 11 I still get my order, So I sent email to company that I didn’t get my order yet , they replied that they already told me that will come in Monday because some of them damaged need to send back to sender.but I didn’t think i got email from them.

Monday still not get i sent again email So I said No I don’t want to wait anymore I want refund, they said delivery out for delivery already so I wait again but nothing come??

Tuesday I again sent email they said they didn’t know what happened (assume customers declined then automatically send back to sender) Never has delivery from this company to my house , I got many parcels in Tuesday and I stayed in house all day long.

Anyway they apologised for this and they said refund in process but I didn’t see any email about refund me yet ..For me not buy here again waiting for order more than 1 weeks and still waiting for refund. Not happy in first time buying.

Not had had one single problem since I started shopping with ethnic mix. Most of the NIGERIAN items I have ordered all came well packaged especially the frozen. I highly recommend.

Everything is okay except for the delivery that always come in later than the stated date.

I find their customer service top notch. Their communication cannot be faulted and their prompt response to concerns commendable. The products are good quality at good prices too.

I am happy to have discovered EthnicMixx on Google during one of my searches for online African grocery stores. I recently placed an order with them and my items were delivered the next day. There was a mix up with my order but it was rectified the following day. The prices are reasonable and the customer service is excellent. I was very pleased with the freshness of the items ordered.
