Due to the eu border issue, my order was delayed by 2 weeks. When I called to complain the team handled it well and provided a follow-up and reasonable solution. Everything was in top condition except the perishable (due to the delay).

With regarding my orders I am not satisfied.
Due to the packaging all the vinegar in a bottle was smashed.

I am glad I came across this company and my experience with them has been fantastic. From their prices, the next day delivery and the freshness of the meat and chicken even after 24 hours is amazing. I had to speak with them and I can say that they are amongst the most polite customer service around. I am definitely going back to order from them. I just personally hope that they'll run from UPS and there won't be any hitch.

I'm highly impressed with the qualities and tastes of all my purchases. They're like "food from home". But they need to make sure their delivery company (UPS) keep up to agreement on scheduled delivery dates.
