Not a great experience

Not a great experience. Utility club had a crack develop in the face. Spoke with customer service who said send it back and we will repair. The outlet where I bought the club had closed. I was re-directed to American Golf. They said over the phone that cracked faces are not repairable. Callaway customer services washed their hands from that point. Will not buy any Callaway products in the future. Had a great experience with Taylormade previously. Driver developed a rattle in the head and they replaced the club. Callaway maybe take this as an example of good

raised a compliant about the delievry…

I raised a compliant about the delivery driver who delivered my callaway parcel ( UPS) tired and opened our front door without permission and put the parcel inside . Its been over two weeks and neither Callaway or UPS havent completed a simple investigation nor feedback . Ive had to chase consistently for feedback but its obvious Callaway and UPS dont care about customer/consumer safety and its ok for drivers to try and open customers house doors . I even provded the video evidence

I order some clubs

I order some clubs. I called 3 days after placing order and told they would ship the next day. Never shipped. Called again and told it would be cancelled and I would receive an email confirming in the next 10 minutes. Called again and was told it was cancelled. Never got an email. No follow through. Company is a bait and switch. 6 hours later I get an email it shipped. Total scam. I would never buy there product again. Called Taylor Made and they were straight forward and honest. Shame on Callaway. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere! Now I have to pay money to ship clubs back. Im sure based on my experience its gonna be a nightmare getting a refund. Go with Taylor Made they take care of there customers!!

Shocking company

Shocking company. A company this size can’t even organise a preorder system. Let bots take all of the items while genuine people suffer. Do not buy from them, all the clubs I’ve bought over the years become rusty and look horrible within a month of use. Do not give them any of your money as there are much better brands out there that care.

Drive past Callaway !!! After spending over 12K on calaway…

After spending over 12K on calaway clubs and gear i am beyond disappointed with the staff especially customer service...waited on hold for 1.5 hours for customer service..however if you go to buy something ...sales owners in less than a minute! Also DONT TRADE IM CLUBS!! they make you wait over 6 weekes to get your money back! They were 2 weeks past what they promise. Waited so long to get my refund they stopped selling the club I wanted to order..they wouldn't even attempt to help me find a solution... very very disappointed after spending HUGE money with them....look elsewhere if you wanted to be treated better

I wrote a review a year ago

Clueless or just dont give a damn?

I wrote a review a year ago, when I signed up to callaoway emails, they then sunscribed to oddysey and ogio, how ever many times I clicked unsubscribe they kept sending me emails.

Fast forward to a year later and all three are at it again.

They clearly have no concern over over data protection or consumer rights.

I wouldn't give this company my bank details if you paid me!

Don't expect clubs to arrive

Website didn't show the clubs I wanted were back ordered. Every few days my order would be updated with a date farther and farther away.

Ship date was originally a week after purchase. 6 weeks later I cancelled my order.

No communication from the company on the back order or any updates without contacting them on their website

Ordered the same clubs from Golf Town for slightly more money and got them within 2 weeks.

Super Helpful

So wonderful to come across a company that's eager to help and that treats individual customer with care and enthusiasm. Callaway staff helped me to buy a golf bag for my son who lives in Canada, from my home here in UK. They were extremely helpful - I wish this was the norm but it not and that's why it's so lovely when you find it. Thank you for all your help and professionalism.

SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had a problem with a pair of Callaway golf shoes I bought from a well known online retailer. The retailer was not able to help so I contacted Callaway.

I have to say that the support and customer service I received from Callaway Golf Europe (Chessington) was world class! Mr S Campbell who dealt with my problem was outstanding. I can honestly say that the service I have received from Callaway has been the best I have ever experienced and they could not have been more understanding or more helpful.

I would certainly recommend Callaway to any golfer and I wish to publicly express my thanks to Mr Campbell and to Callaway Golf Europe.

Utter disgrace

Utter disgrace. Decided to cancel my order a week before Christmas with no explanation, had to call them, only to be told that there was a stick issue, i.e they sold more stock than they have. Just a note to retailers this is why people shop at Amazon and your businesses are suffering because consumers are fed up of nonsense like this. Safe to say I shall not be using this site again or Callaway products.

Very good

Purchased 5 items over the past couple years, and 4 have been above the condition grading.

Sale prices are good, shipping is good.

Again however, if you need to arrange a return, or query something after you’ve purchased it, they definitely don’t respond as quickly as they do pre-sale.

Poor quality golf clubs callaway

Have bought a complete set of clubs with steel shafts from callaway about 2 years ago at JumboGolf. Year ago the club 5 broke due to corrosion from the inside, the shaft has been replaced under warranty. Last week my club 8 broke also due to corrosion, this time its out of warranty. I'm affraid the rest will follow soon. By the way, my handicap is 24. Anybody a good advice for an alternative brand?

Excellent

Purchased a full set of irons from eu.Callaway.

Advertised as “good” they arrived in fantastic condition.

The specification advertised was received - same length, grip, loft and lie angle was uniform throughout the set

Additionally thought, 10% off a first order meant the irons themselves were a fantastic price and free shipping was included.

No issues at all with them many months later.

Callaway customer service

I bought a Callaway Epic driver 5 years ago which then had a issue with the sole of the driver breaking which turns out to be a design fault which Callaway admitted to. As they only have a 2 year warranty they said they wont replace it but I could have 30% off a new driver which is £500. I had a Callaway driver before this one which I had over 10 years and to my knowledge is probably still being used sorry Callaway but your response is not good enough if its a design fault then replace the faulty product with a new one.I wont be buying your brand again.
