Ordered and received a Karcher window…
Ordered and received a Karcher window vac . It did not work so I contacted Mairead in support. She was really helpful . She sent me a replacement Karcher but it has same serial number as previous one and it did not work either . So here I am lots of annoyance but still no working Vac. Mairead offered my money back but that doesn't compensate for the hassle and the discount that was promised for a black Friday purchase

Fast delivery but........
Fast delivery but you promote free delivery and installation but the driver didnt install it. Said he wasnt normally on the vans and was just covering..this left me and my 75yr old Dad to get the washing machine connected and in place !

Delays and overcharging
Ordered the wrong size fridge, waited 2 weeks for pick up. Sent the box/packing material with the fridge, which had been opened on one side. They charged me €100 to "repack" the fridge. Of course an extra charge to collect it as well. So I end up paying Euronics €528.99 for a fridge I don't have, and recieved €399 in refund, which i waited another 2 weeks to get and had to remind them! Will never order from them again.
