Reliable and personal service from the Trim shop. And a decent online experience for the item only available online. Although my strong preference is dealing direct in my local Euronics shop.

The Product was marked as IN STOCK on the website. A week after I placed the order and the money was deducted I received an eMail that the item wouldn't be available soon. After waiting a few extra weeks I received notice that the item was now in stock in will be delivered in the next 5 days. Out of nowhere the delivery driver called and said the item will be delivered in 2 hours but I wasn't available to receive it. So, it had to be left outside the house. Overall a very poor performance and I will not buy from them again.

Product came smashed, had to ring 13 times before anyone answered my call.
When courier brought replacement the TV was stacked on its side. Going directly against manufacturers specifications.
Will never use Euronics again.

I ordered a Samsung S61A 5.0ch Lifestyle All-in-One Soundbar | HW-S61A/XU, online. It was delivered within a couple of days. Very happy with the product and the service.

I ordered 2 chest freezers on 5th August. Caulfields did not attempt to deliver them until 16th August. Whilst attempting to bring 2 freezers up my drive on a sack barrow (one on top of the other) they both fell off onto their sides on the ground. This, of course, means that the coolant gas flows into the motor as freezers must be kept upright at all times. I refused to accept the delivery and the driver was nasty and belligerent. I will not buy from Euronics again so long as Caulfields deliver
