Great product, great service!

I found the website a little disjointed. It was difficult to find what I was looking for when you use the model of the vehicle. When I found the correct lead the experience was excellent.
Delivery was quick, the quality of the product looks good as well.

I ordered the wrong item but EV extra were quick to respond and help with what I required and exchanged the item with what was required

Had I known that EV Extras used Yodel for next day delivery I would never have used them. Needless to say this isn’t explicitly said on their website… did it turn up next day… nope, unsurprisingly. I’m sure your products are great, unfortunately your choice of delivery partners is abysmal… you would have thought someone in the company watches Panorama…

Great customer service. Ordered the wrong length of charger. Real human on the end of a phone. Able to order the correct length without sending first back. No extra charges for sending back.

3 pin granny charger lead for my EV. It’s slow but it does the job. Never overheats, never fails to charge and has survived outside in all weathers without any issues.

Arrived as promised and did what it said on the box.
Actually Arrived in a bag but you know what I mean.
