We have been collaborating with Eva for 2 months now and I have nothing but good things to say.
They are a tech-savvy company that always put the client in the front row. Would be happy to recommend them to anyone that need help to increase their E-commerce sales.

This software is totally junk. we used 3 months and lost more than $50,000 because of extremely poor performance. Sales droped 30%, Advertisement performance down 35%. They still want to charge thousands for their terrirble performance. Stay away their claimed AI solution. They have no idea what they are doing. Stay far away

This is the first time we used a tech company instead of agency and our profits increased by 30% with AI ad optimization and expert services

I have requested the deletion of my account several times, but they ignore my cancellation messages.

WARNING: Their terms and conditions state that you must pay TWO FULL MONTHS upon cancellation.

Additionally, their replenishment solution is ineffective for those using multiple marketplaces with the same SKU. Each marketplace must be checked separately for replenishment data, without a single page that aggregates all the necessary information.

Their reimbursement solution covers very few cases compared to competitors.

The software is extremely buggy, I keep finding bugs and reporting them to their developer team for fixes. Their online chat service used to be very responsive, however nowadays they reply after a few days or does not reply at all.

I also don't understand why the repricer set prices to minimum immediately when all other competitors have their prices well above minimum prices.

I am a new seller and quite overwhelmed. Evaʻs service professionals available and responsive. The chat and personal appointments are very helpful. After learning to set up repricer, I see that the tool is very responsive and effective in moving my products! I am very happy with results thus far and would recommend to fellow resellers.

I have asked multiple times to have my account deleted, after the first time they apologised and said they will do it and I will not receive anything else from them.

3 months later, I still receive marketing emails from them.

Eva is a great software but needs some fixing with the buttons. It's kind of annoying when trying to enter in numbers and I cannot click the box because it is not where the link is.

I find this tool excellent. I rely on this tool to make inform decisions on my business. I like the the repricing tool.

Easy to use software, accurate data. Evs runs my PPC too and when they started they were able to remove majority of the ineffective campaigns and look at the account holistically not just from campaign perspective. Highly recommended

I feel like leaving my feedback as this may help others making a decision on going with these guys or not.

The customer service is usually very attentive and responsive, however when it comes down to the tool itself, I didn't have a good experience.

Also every time I raised an issue with them, they'd never come up with a detailed response in regards to your issue, they'd usually say: "oh, eva has done 1.000 pricing decisions", rather than "I can see that even though you've set the price to be X, it hasn't changed for reason Y".

These are the issues I have faced, which they haven't provided a proper response or addressed:
1. Downloading or uploading the inventory file can take hours or sometimes even won't finish. I'm talking about 200kb files here, not huge ones
2. When the upload is successful, prices will take hours to get changed on amazon. So if you add up this issue with issue number 1, sometimes price may take 3-4 hours to change (if the upload works of course)
3. After logging into the eva account, the system will eventually log you off immediately.

The team at Eva continues to not just offer the services listed on the website, but add more and more tools and data every month to help sellers run and grow their business.

The price for the subscription is good for a new seller like me. And the Reprice doing the job great. The only I don't like about what I experience is the reimbursement. Need to enhance the team to be pretty serious in handling reimbursement cases as it is so disappointing without feedback and a result to receive. But, Eva is still 5 Star to me since my sales excelled with a help of a repricer.

Highly recommend, Eva is one of the best repricer which increase our sales and profit.
