Generally good
Generally good. Beware of a few overinflated claims (although this is typical, certainly for repricers).
Also I would say they are trying to expand quite aggressively in terms of offering a variety of services. It may be that this is diluting their focus a little.
Definitely room for improvement, especially if they fixed some of the killer features. But on the whole I have been happy with the repricer side of things.

Great Service
I've used Eva for a while now. I think I was one of their early users and have seen them improve and develop over the months. They are open to suggestions and listen to the feedback they get from their clients. I would highly recommend their services
