Ordered 10m cable found to be too short,sent back for refund not realising that i had damaged the cable,but was still offered acceptable refund amount,new 15m cable ordered and received in two days,very happy with service and highly recommend.

We ordered the standard 8M cable for our newly acquired EV as we felt we needed a standby if a standard EV charger were to be unavailable.
Just a day after ordering, we received an email advising the ordered item had just gone out of stock.
But, in order to satisfy us as a customer, they were going to despatch the higher specification charger at no extra cost !!
So we now have a top of the range charger with which we can charge the car as and when required with adjustable power settings and a timer function readily at hand.
First class customer care - well done and Thank You.
