Everest beds Opiniones

I was a kit skeptical, found them via google. Read all their review and then just went for the purchase. So glad I did, the quality is great and the instructions to set up was good. I'm eased I chose them. Will recommend

I had a small double bed delivered which was great as was delivered within a week of ordering. Unfortunately I was met with a couple of hurdles, one being no hole for one of the plastic feet to go into the base so had to drill my own… as you can imagine this was quite stressful & time consuming…

I sent an email to Everest beds explaining this (assuming I would either be ignored or met with a short response) but to my surprise and a pleasant one at that, the customer service I recieved was nothing short of wonderful.

The team went out of their way to apologise and resolve the issue, I actually recieved a part refund from them which I didn’t expect and I feel like it has restored my faith in not just businesses but people in general as they didn’t have to and they really wanted to turn my experience around.

Thank you so much and my daughter is absolutely in love with her new bed, the colour, material & delivery were all wonderful.

Even though I read reviews the bed came as described very pleased only thing is make sure to read the picture the drawers says left side but its allctaully right left from looking from.footboard not headboard

Service and delivery were excellent. Bed is well made and very comfortable even though I already had my own mattress. The side opening is easy to use. I would recommend Everest Beds to anyone.

Great customer service! The products are good quality and very reasonably priced! Great way to fill a home space! Would definitely recommend!

Excellent service. The mattress is perfect. Customer service brilliant. Delivery driver a true gentleman. I will be purchasing another bed shortly from yourselves. Thank you 😊

Great communication from order to delivery. Aftercare call also made. Ordered for daughter who wanted more storage in room, able to choose storage option and colour/material used. Just what she wanted.

We downsized recently and needed storage beds so firstly I ordered a single for our spare room so I could check out the company and the quality and was pleased with both. I also found it fairly easy to attach the separate headboard myself. I then went ahead and ordered a double with floor-standing headboard and paid extra to have it assembled and the packaging and an old mattress taken away. Again I was very pleased with all aspects - the quality, delivery, assembly etc. Very happy to recommend this company and its ottoman storage beds.

Amazing bed for amazing price, only bad thing I will say was delivery wasn’t notified and unknown until the delivery person rung me when he arrived at my house so he had to wait for 10/15 minutes for me to get home because I didn’t know delivery was coming other then that experience was great 😊

I was kept informed of the delivery which was great it was meant to be delivered on one day but the driver phoned me and informed me that there was a delay so it will be delivered the next day which was good

Bought a bed and mattress from Everest recently and am so delighted with the mattress, I bought another for the spare room. Fantastic communication from Fred and mattress delivered in less than a week - outstanding service! Will be buying all our beds and mattresses from them in future and happily recommending them to friends and family

We were looking for the best quality we could find at an affordable price and we saw Everest online. The quality is superb and even a year after still feels like brand new. We would definitely purchase another again.

Delivered promptly
Driver was lovely and helpful
One of the hydrolics didnt work and they sent one out within 24hrs.
Beautiful bed. Easy instalation
Great company will deff be back for another 9ne soon for daughter. As she has alot more stuff to put underneath than me 😆

Great product and very durable, not breaks after 6 months, has been perfect

Very pleased with our single ottoman bed and mattress. Not ordered bed online before but the bed is strong, well made and for the money paid mattress is very good. Quick delivery and delivery men were great.Would definitely use again and definitely recommend Everest.

Easy to use website , free samples of
Material colours and swatches and delivered on time . My only criticism is the delivery text comes the day before and the delivery window is 6am to 7pm and that doesn’t get narrowed down even on the day to am or pm

The king-size Ottoman bed was worth every quid, incredibly comfortable, and excellent for posture due to its orthopedic design. The best bed investment ever.

This was the second time I have used Everest beds for my sleep requirements. They supply a good quality product and delivery was within the time frame notified.

Really easy to deal with and the whole process was dealt with quickly. Bed arrived on time and we received a couple of phone calls, one to let us know how the order was going and another to check that we were happy with the product. Would use again 😊
