Disgusting poor experience to date. They won’t honour their trial guarantee. It’s all a hoax. Mine was leaking within the guarantee period but they said no refund as it had been used. How’s that work? You don’t know if it’s faulty unless you use it.
They are rude, dismissive and don’t care. Do not waste thousands of dollars on this rubbish. Bad quality and bad service.

The portable ice tub was just what I needed at home. Super easy to set up and great after a long run, who needs a recovery center when you can get one at home!
Being able to set it up in the bathroom also was able to jump out into a hot shower to maximize the benefits

And just to add, easy to clean and dried within 2 hrs!!!

the chiller is unreliable, the filter leaks and the customer service is appalling. i would never recommend them to anyone.

I am baffled in the way they run a business and have handle my situation with them.

I have a gym/health club and have 50 people on a membership that can use the cold plunge on a weekly basis. When the cooler unit started mucking around, they were quick with responses but as soon as I wanted to get a refund as it only lasted 4.5 months. They started replying after 1 day and then 2 and then started taking around a week at a time and really dragged it out. This has been going on since early November as well.

I had to get fair trading involved and it’s in the process now of getting a refund.

You also can’t call them as they don’t have a contact number which is ridiculous and made things so much harder. For you sake, I wouldn’t go with them because when something goes wrong, they won’t help you.

You can see on ASIC, that the business isn’t doing well at all so they can’t afford a refund even when it’s in their contract. Don’t buy from these clowns! 🤡

Absolutely appalling experience. This company is completely unreachable—no way to contact them directly, and they take over a week to respond (if they even bother). After months of trying to resolve an issue that was their fault from the beginning, they had the audacity to block us the moment we requested a refund. Their incompetence has cost us countless customers. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

I purchased an EverestPod chiller less than 12 months ago, and unfortunately, the chiller stopped working. I followed all troubleshooting steps as advised by the company, but the issue persisted. After contacting their support team, I paid the fee for a replacement chiller as per their instructions, yet the promised replacement has not arrived.

Despite my repeated attempts to reach their customer service team for updates, I have received no response. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially considering I’m still within the warranty period for the product. I was promised a solution and now there is no communication.
I understand that products can sometimes have issues, but the lack of communication and the failure to honor the original replacement agreement is unacceptable. I would strongly advise caution before purchasing from EverestLabs.

I've never in my life written a Google review because I've never felt the need to but I wish someone had warned me before buying their product so I hope I can warn others.

So, hears the story. I spent $2390 on the tub and chiller set up. It took over 9 weeks after I paid for it to even leave their factory. There was approximately 40 emails sent back and forth between myself and what they call their "support team" and I couldn't get any clear answer as to why it was taking so long. Allni got were empty apologies, gratitude for my "patience"and excuses along the lines of "we need to carefully inspect each item to ensure it's quality".

9 weeks later it arrived and as it turns out they didn't "ensure the quality" well enough and the pump immediately broke off at one of the joints upon assembly. In their defence, they did promptly send a replacement pump out.

After a few weeks of use the system was working fine however unbeknownst to me, it was leaking from almost every join in the plumbing and caused water damage to my house. I drained then system and tried to tighten all the joins and once again then pump broke.

I proceeded to demand a refund and they asked that I pack the items up to their satisfaction and they will send a courier to my house to pick it up. They then "encountered a problem with their courier" and asked if they could send me shipping lables instead so I couldn't mail it back to them. I said yes. They then "encountered a problem with sending me shipping labels" and asked that I send it back to them at my own cost. I complied.

Over 6 weeks past and I still hadn't received a refund and every time I asked why I was given the same genetic excuses and apologies that seemed like they were written by chat gpt. 9 weeks passed and I eventually had to hire a lawyer at my own cost to threaten to take legal action on my behalf. Even then it took them another week to come up with my money and finally was refunded with another empty apology.

I've since got another one through primal ice, it was delivered within a week and it functions perfect. Do what you want with this information but you've been warned

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Even if your unit is FAULTY and LEAKING, Mike will not allow a refund. Instead, he will only suggest troubleshooting. Says you can only return the unit if you see it's faulty upon OPENING. Once used, they don't want to hear about it. As a layperson, how can you tell that it's fauly without using it??? So I can return a faulty $100 microwave at Kmart but I can't return a faulty $1900 ice bath???

Don't fall for the marketing ploy. They advertise risk free returns however they won't be honouring it. My ice bath has been leaking heavily overnight and I cannot seem to pinpoint where the leak is coming from. Mike (the highest point of escalation) has been extremely unhelpful, dismissive and has no level of care or understanding. I have requested a return and refund on multiple occasions however zero progress. An expensive yet cheaply built and made product coupled with poor customer service and a return policy that is NOT industry standard. DO NOT buy this. Go for other ice baths on the market.

While the Everest Labs customer service team is friendly, response times could be quicker for a smoother experience.

Great customer service and great products. I was lucky enough to try out the Start pack and it was very easy to set up and use straight away.

Perfect size to fit in my backyard patio and very easy to set up. I’ve been using this daily to compliment my swimming training and I’m loving the convenience.

If you read through the reviews here, you can see there are a bunch of bogus 5 star reviews, and the rest are actual 1 star reviews. My experience is exactly like the other 1 star reviews where I placed my order, didn’t receive any updates for two weeks until I asked them for one, the delivery of my 2 items (EverestPod and Infrared blanket) was split so I would finally receive the EverestPod after a month and now I am still waiting for my sauna blanket to arrive 3 months later. It is on track to take 4 months to receive my complete order that was advertised as in stock on the website when I placed it.
Nobody ever contacted me to apologise for the delay, and when I contacted the Everest Labs team it would take a few days to get a response.
Layer terrible customer service on a very cheaply made product, and that’s what you can actually expect from Everest Labs.
The EverestPod is made from really cheap materials. All the threads for the hoses are really cheap, soft plastic. If you try to stop the leaks (and it always leaks) by tightening the hoses, you will strip the threads. The wiring feels very cheap and doesn’t appear to be water resistant, which blows my mind considering this product is centered around water. The chiller is also made from extremely cheap materials. All of the screws that are visible in the external housing rusted within a week of using the EverestPod.
So what I will say is if you want an ice plunge but can’t commit to a more expensive, permanent solution… then the EverestPod is a temporary solution that does work as intended, but it is cheaply made and the customer service is terrible. I will be happy if my EverestPod lasts a year based on my experience so far, and hopefully I don’t need them to replace anything under the warranty…

I've been using a cold plunge since I was a teenager but hearing that I could use one at home was a game changer. Absolutely amazing tool, a must-have for everyone. I can use it at any time without having to drive to my gym.

Setting up the EverestPod is effortless and it is easy to maintain cleanliness which makes it super-practical and I am confident of its durability. The joy its sturdiness brings is akin to having a great leg day and let's not forget its spaciousness, as a tall athlete, I can stretch out comfortably, unwinding and washing away the muscle soreness from intense training sessions and stress from life in general.

The EverestPod is an everyday part of my life and I love it. l am mentally more alert and focused and my energy levels are up! This is fantastic. My sleeping is improving. I just feel better overall.

My boyfriend loves it. It was a birthday present that was a semi-splurge as he’s been talking about getting one for a while. The cover is a big help as we live in a farm and we have critters crawling around at night so that keeps the “pool” clear of any pests or vegetation that could fall in from the trees. Having to buy ice for every use starts to get pricey, so we bought an EverestPod with a built-in water temp adjuster so it’s more cost-efficient. I knew what I was getting during the purchase and it’s good for what I expected. My 6’ft boyfriend fits fairly comfortably.

From there, it's easily able to fit most people (I'm a 6 foot 3 male) and held the temperature quite low even in the middle of the day. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to start their journey in cold-water immersion!
