DO NOT TRUST The EVOLOGY APP
DO NOT TRUST The EVOLOGY APP! I added a vehicle to my account which was setup for Autopay on 23rd May then received parking charge notices of £70 each for parking visits on the 25th, 28th and 29th. After the first arrived I checked my account via the website and the vehicle didn't appear even though it was still showing in the app. Clearly a bug!!

Company took payment 3 times for one…
Company took payment 3 times for one car parking in Poole today. I called to query this and was told you have to fill in a form with the details as it isn't possible to query overcharging with an actual person!!
No doubt it is easier o avoid refunding and dealing with queries online than to speak to the customer. Avoid using if you can!
Their number is 03333701099.I suggest everyone calls hem to complain, even if they say they won't do anything. They need to change their practices.

The machine said No payment method…
The machine said No payment method available so couldn’t pay on exit. The app doesn’t have pay on exit option, can’t contact company to pay. Sent them a message of problem and they replied can’t take payment after I’ve left site, and guided me to parking eye. So now I have to wait for fine to then challenge it - WHY!!
Even though I sent picture of machines message with date & time on they’ve dismissed this and not given me any option to pay, which I want to do.
I believe no company should be allowed to operate without a contact number to get hold of someone to help resolve issues like this instead of being hidden so they can start sending fines out.
Disgraceful company, avoid.
Useless app
Useless app! Visiting Barnet hospital and opened this app and it can’t even tell your location. Go to find it’s number, curser flashes but will not let you type a number in. Rebooted my phone and after that it let me type number in. But then screen freezes so you can’t make a payment. Gave up and had to use the pay on exit machine that I also hate!!!

Disappointed at Evology app and their services
I am extremely disappointed with this app. The app automatically generated a payment with an incorrect parking duration. Which has led to a parking fine of £60 if paid within 14 days or £100 if paid at a later date. Also, Evology has poor customer service and cannot assist their customers with any issues, only pleading denial of the issue.
By their ignorance I am led to believe they know what they are doing. Significant amount of customers cannot have the same complaint.
They can do better be providing the option of time selection like Ringo app and other apps.

The machine to pay was totaly dead.I tried to download the app.I got so far and stood for 10 minutes whilst it was trying to send me a notice on the app.so had to give up.I then tried to pay but would not let me put in Bank card No.discracfull like many other experiances i have had.

Need to change registration number and can't do via app/no response to messages
I urgently need to change the registration of a prebooking for Sun 25 May due to the car originally booked breaking down. There is no telephone number, you cannot do this via the app and no-one is responding to messages. I cannot cancel the existing booking and rebook using the new registration as the car park is now fully booked. I assume if I use the alternate car I will receive a fine as the number plate will not match the booking. Very infuriating to have no means of contacting the company to resolve something urgent.

We were sent a parking charge notice when we had actually paid for parking. We appealed, added receipts for evidence but no reply from anyone. I've tried multiple ways to ask for an update and just get told it's not our responsibility.

What a con
I downloaded app for first time. The fee was 80p per hr. On the app I put in 1hr to find it charged me £1.05 but on checking my bank statement they charged me £1.30. I would not use their car parks again

Would rate it lower if possible. I have registered for ecology autopay, and today received a parking Fine from the same company. What is the point? Useless! I will be challenging and will send on to media

Impossible to contact them; app problems and scams galore
I downloaded the App, but couldn’t sign in. So I went to their website, put in my details and agreed to pay. This turned out to be a scam, with an identical looking website. I tried to contact Evology on the phone number provided. They only agree to correspond on WhatsApp, and then they do not reply. Now they will fine me and there’s nothing I can do - it’s too late now and while I was trying to sort it all out I was parked without being able to pay. I drove to a next door carpark and paid for tgat on Pay by Phone. But strongly recommend that if a carpark only has an Evology option, drive away and don’t use that carpark again.
Absolutely shocking experience being…
Absolutely shocking experience being forced to use Evology at Milton Country Park, Cambridge. As in other reviews we were charged a £100 fine (£60 if paid early) because we didn't include the time it takes to drive in, find a space, park, download the app, create an account, read the Ts and Cs and attempt to pay (which took two attempts). This would have been almost impossible to do given its not clear where the camera is and so where they time you from. It also doesn't consider having to rush a small child to the toilet before you leave (like we did). Just another greedy and disingenuous private parking company. So much worse than any other I've used. Avoid like the plague.

The pay machines were not accepting…
The pay machines were not accepting credit card payments and I did not have my mobile phone with me, by the time I got home the helpline had closed at 5.00p.m. Contacted following morning told to contact Evology Parking via web not able to pay without using their app which I did not want to do. Contacted their helpline who could not help with payments, filled in the contact questionnaire still waiting!!!

I have just found out that the parking fine Asda since 2023 has gone up 50% for early payment in 2023 it was £40 it is now in 2025 £60, absolutely disgusting . THere needs to be stricter laws in place.

The Shankly Hotel Liverpool
Really please all totally avoid using Parking eye with this Evology app. I've just paid £60 fine because it took me 10 m to download the app& pay for 1 hour parking. I appealed as I kept proof of my parking& it was not successful, their reason- I didn't pay for the whole time I was there. We left exactly 1 hour after I paid, yes maybe I should have considered the 10m it took to download& pay for it, but we didn't!
Please bear this in mind if you choose to park here, this was The Shankly Hotel in Liverpool city centre avoid avoid avoid. We only parked here in desperate need as the public car park across the street was closed unusually. You would pay less on a yellow line on the street!
Update after evology reply:
I Appealed and I didn't win, due to the 10m it took me to download& pay they told me I didn't pay the full parking charge, so I had to pay the fine. I could not pay just the extra 10 m the app wouldn't let me
