Overall I was disappointed by a few things that will be contested here but I feel I have to include them in the review. First of all I am perfectly happy with the car and price. No problems there.

I drove down from Leeds after putting a deposit on an A5. Had a loose agreement with Shaj of £400 for a part-ex on my A3 (We Buy Any Car had offered me that initially but easier for me to part-ex at that price). Agreed to buy the A5 when I saw it but they would only offer me £150 in part-ex and told me the car would be scrapped. Having driven down 200+ miles from Leeds I had very little choice as leaving the vehicle would have meant another round trip down from Leeds to pick it up. I would have got the train down had I known they would knock it down to this extent and kept the car. However, when I logged in to write a review I saw that they hadn't scrapped the car but put it back up for sale at £2,495. I get that it may have needed some work doing but that is one hell of a jump from the £150 I was given!

Also advertised ay 97,000 miles but when I collected it it was at just under 100,000. Was told in our conversation that they drive the cars 2000+ miles when they receive them to make sure they drive OK. That's John o' Groats to Lands End twice and more which I think is a bit excessive to be honest.

Shaj did call to 'resolve the matter' but to be honest nothing was resolved. Feel a bit let down by the whole process, but like I say no problems with the car.

It does say on the advert that there is an 'admin fee' which I missed. This admin fee is £300 which was a bit of a shock to me, but couldn't really argue as 'admin fee' is in the add. Did mean that in total I left a further £550 lighter than expected. Just something to be aware of.

Overall I have just left the experience feeling a little disappointed. I am sure there will be a rebuttal of what I have written, but nothing is untrue. I wouldn't use them again because of the above.

Recently Purchased an 2018 Black Audi RS3. Saw the car advertised online on Auto Trader Gave them a call and arranged to see the car and test drive it in person. They were very helpful along the way and friendly and gave proof of all paperwork. Very Easy to deal with and the car is in amazing condition like advertised online.

I was given plenty of time to inspect the BMW 4 Series I purchased and take it for a test drive, which I really appreciated. There was no pressure, just honest and helpful guidance. The car itself was in excellent condition — clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It drove smoothly and clearly had been taken care of.

Hello. I don't recommend them at all. Very poor service. They treat people like idiots. In my case, they offer 25% of the car's value for a BMW in perfect condition!!! Even Webuyanycar offered me 300% more than this company. After applying for registration, I got away with it, but why would you need that? I really don't recommend them. And now look, the company has been around for several years and only has 5 reviews. I don't recommend them.

I had to leave a review, its been a little over a month since buying the car with my son. It's my sons first car buying for himself, he's in high school, of course I have to do as much research as I can, he showed me the car I went to the reviews , I am smart enough to know not all reviews are warranted, good or bad so I took that in consideration and had my wife go test drive the car, they both liked it and decided to purchase , they had a program for him, we want to build his credit, although expensive we plan to just pay it all off after a year to reduce interest charges but build credit, we didn't realize before purchase the online sticker price is for cash so keep that in mind its a little more for finance but the car itself was marked down 2k from the competition so we were ok with he difference. This is a 2010 so we expect it to not be perfect so we got the warranty and the owner put a warranty that was gap until ours would kick in, I do believe there would have been a cost to that gap warranty but she through it in for free. Not even a day after buying a issue came up the radiator was leaking and after research we found that to be common, we talked to the owner she said with us being a 1hr away we could find someone to fix it or she could, we decided to have her team fix it, 2k was the bill we didn't have to pay anything. She was in our corner from the get go and she was easy to communicate with and work with. From reviews I saw I have to say people have a unrealistic expectations of a used car sometimes, I usually buy from big box car dealerships and vehicles only 1 year old but this small Town dealership gave me a great taste of what a small dealership can do, I know she couldn't have made much on this vehicle but that never came up, just the fact she wanted my son to have a good vehicle and he does. Thanks fore the great car deal and experience.
